Cute villa in the old town of Chania ,3 floor unit with kitchen on ground floor,bedroom on second floor and bathroom on third foor(the highlight of the house!!).Also a balcony on the bedroom floor. You will find in this unit everything you need for a unique vacation and stay at the beautiful old town of Chania in the heart of the old town but with privacy and quiet.

Also, please be aware that the Greek government has enacted a law for the payment of a climate change tax from 1 NOV-31 MARCH 2€/NIGHT and 1 APR-31 OCT 8€/NIGHT which must be paid at check-in in cash.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Livieres. The place itself was so charming and perfect for our little honeymoon getaway. Stocked with just what you need. The place is also in the perfect location, just outside the main plaza. Quiet at night, but still close to the buzz of the city. It felt like a little oasis amongst the charm and energy of the city. Would absolutely stay again!

The host was outstanding, organising our hire car, airport transfer, restaurant & daily trip recommendations The apartment was perfect, beautifully appointed with coffee, making, beach towels, pretty.much everything you need. I would return to this place in a heartbeat.

Location was just right

A pleasant property in a great location . Host was 100% genuine and helpful to our needs. Left us to our privacy but available for advise on local area and recommended restaurants . Recommended for sure

Great location & communicative host!

We enjoyed our stay with Casa Livieres! The host was very communicative & provided a variety of suggestions upon arrival. It was a very easy walk to the Old Harbor area with many restaurants and activities. The two cons are that the bathroom smelled a bit moldy when the windows were not opened & there was no comforter for the bed just a thin blanket.

Dimos is a very polite and caring landlord. We had no problems whatsoever. Excellent location to explore Chania! Dimos was very helpful with positive restaurant recommendations not directly in the old harbour where you have a lot of choice as well. We can fully recommend this place.

Dimos was a lovely host, greeted me upon arrival and 1:00am. before arriving sent me places to visit etc. Property was so close to everthing I felt like I was living in old town culture.

Amazing stay!

We stayed at Casa Livieres for 9 days in early July and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. The photos are exactly what the property looks like in real life, beautiful finishes, comfortable, and extremely clean. Location is perfect to get to either side of Chania and moments away from many restaurants and shops. Dimos gave us incredible recommendations and was very timely and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this property to family/friends visiting Chania in a heartbeat. Thank you Dimos!!!

Just Wonderful!

If you go to Chania, this is the place to stay! The location is walking distance to everything! The checkin process was so easy and Dimos (the owner) was quick with communication & to help with transportation to and from airport and port. So helpful to have an “insider”!! The property was exactly how it is presented in the pictures/explanation. I base so much of my travel on reviews, so be assured, this place is exactly what it says it is!!! Would absolutely refer friends and family! Thank you, Dimos, for such a lovely experience!

The property was adorable and just like pictured. We loved the location- close to all restaurants but tucked away so you didn’t hear any noise at night.
