This is a beautiful and modern house with 4 double bedrooms and a large family room in the heart of East Yorkshire it is listed for 12 and would accommodate this many easily without feeling cramped with 2600sq ft of living space. Its location is fantastic for day trips being within half an hour of 3 historic towns York, Beverly & Howden .We have a wild life sanctuary 2 miles away a trip to the seaside takes around 40 minutes, a walk across the iconic Humber Bridge is a must. We're also within driving distance to the wolds way and if you don't fancy driving there are plenty of local walks. The property also has the benefit of electric gates.

The house was brilliant for our needs. It is really spacious, and very well equipped. Its fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. It's located just on the edge of the village which has the basics that you need and though it is very close to the motorway, you feel very much in the countryside.
We loved our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone else.
My wife and I, my son and his fiancée and my daughter her partner and our granddaughter were down from Glasgow to attend a family wedding.
The booking process was easy and contact with the owner was easy with no issues.
The house was lovely. It was very clean, spacious and had more than adequate space (sofas, dining space, beds, washing and toilet facilities) for all of us. Very well supplied with towels, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils. Despite being close to the main road the house was really quiet
The house was cosy and warm despite the cold outside temperature.
Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this house to any family who wish to explore the surrounding area.

Lovely house. Met by the owner David who showed us around. The house has everything you need. Lots to do in the area and we really enjoyed the experience. We would book again.
Absolute stunning property in a great location. David the property owner was most welcoming and showed us around this fantastic house on arrival. David also set up a bouncy castle and paddling pool for the kids, nothing was a problem.
Our family has stopped in many larger holiday let’s in the past, but this one sits at the top .*****
