Seawhispers is located on a private estate ,on the most southern point of Hayling Island.Overlooking beautiful safe green space.We also have a tennis court available for your use .The green is a very safe place for children to play .
At Seawhispers we offer plenty of off street parking for uptown 2 vehicles.
Our beautiful Contemporary Home is great for those wanting a quite getaway by the beach ,which can be accessed by a short stroll across the green (less then 2 mins walk ).

The house has a stunning balcony overlooking a beautiful Nature Reserve,with distance sea views, and gorgeous sunsets.

Nice clean and chilled place to stay, owners are super helpfull, close walks to the beach, nice view from balcony overlooking a nature reserve, the odd cow walks by too. Quite pricey for what it is but i enjoyed my stay here, not really any big complaints although the stairs are pretty steep and narrow, a few fixtures and fittings could do with updating but overall a nice place, Many thanks👍

Lovely place by the sea

Andreas was a great host. Check-in instructions were super detailed and clear. The house was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location -the pebble beach is literally across the road and is great to walk along. There's also a communal green which was perfect for the kids. Overall a wonderful place; we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot

We found the property to be nearly perfect for our needs. We were very comfortable. It was wonderful looking out over the nature reserve with the sea beyond. And lovely beach walks are just minutes sway without getting the car out. There was an initial problem getting in but Andreas responded very quickly to help us and we had no problems thereafter. The property has steep narrow stairs with no bannister one side and only a partial one the other. No problem to us but to those with mobility issues, for example very elderly visitors, it might be a consideration, especially as the bathroom is downstairs and the open plan living area is upstairs.

Super spot to getaway

Cracking spot overlooking a nature reserve next to the sea on a small private estate. Bifold doors to upstairs patio provided an excellent view and stars on the clear night We were there over the easter weekend eating both in and out while there pubs and restaurants were nearby and could be easily walked to. Beach was close and easily accessible as was the promenade. It was chilly at night and whilst the heating easily stopped it from being cold it was fresh in the downstairs bedrooms even when upstairs living area was baking. We struggled to open all of the windows and the freezer needed to be defrosted there was no hope of getting the ice tray out. Shower was good, oven handled easter dinner well. Place was really clean but the sofa had been clearly had drinks spilled on it the past and could do with a proper deep clean to remove all trace of it. All in all a very nice place but a bit of love would help make it stellar.

Mooi en gezellig ingericht.Zeer complete keuken.Misschien ivm de toenemende temperaturen zou een airco niet overbodig zijn.Goede bedden en heerlijk geslapen in deze rustige omgeving. 4 minuten lopen van het strand.Kortom een top verblijf gehad.Vriendelijke groet Henry

September stay. Quiet and relaxing

The lack of some kind of support at bottom of the stairs. Not just me aged 77 but my friends also questioned it. NO FIRE ESCAPE Lack of games for rainy days/quiet evenings. Would have preferred shops nearer. We. DID enjoy our stay in your clean comfortable accommodation. Thank you.

Good first impressions but lacking maintanence

Great location and suited what we required for a week in hayling. on first impressions, it seemed great and had everything we needed. Just after using the place for a few days were starting to not work properly such as the toilet constantly filling and a window not being able to shut. Contacted the landlord who was quick to respond and rectify the toilet situation but after fixing it was still not working correctly. Also after looking closer though is possible to spot poor quality throughout the house, such as no extractor fan and holes cut bigger than needed for lights in the ceiling. overall its a good place to stay but not for the price we paid.

Landschaftsjuwel

Das Häuschen liegt in absoluter Meeresnähe in einer Anlage, in 5 Minuten ist man an einem Kiesstrand, der im August (!) fast menschenleer war, wunderbar. Das Häuschen besticht durch Lage und Licht, die Ausstattung wie Bettwäsche, Bilder und Mobiliar ist maritim. Highlight ist die Terrasse zur Meerseite mit Morgensonne und das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafräume im Erdgeschoss sind durch ihre Lage kühler als das OG, was im Sommer ein Vorteil ist. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Landschaftlich überraschend einzigartig und besonders!

Could be better

No hand rail on one side at all and for last five steps no hand rail either side grandson fell down them. Stairs would not pass health and safety horrendous when carrying food etc up and down stairs. My daughter had to share a bed with her son, a second bed would have been useful for the other grandson I did explain the circumstances. She has mobility issues not ideal the boys did not want to share a bed why should they and neither did I. Cleaning could have been better gardens front and back need weeding.

Family get together

Owner was very responsive to my queries. Property was well appointed and maintained. Bedrooms were a good size and brightly furnished. A warning for future guests that the staircase is narrow and steep with a railing only partway. A bit of a worry for my 86 year old mother. Would not recommend for older people.

Upside down living

A really nice house in a private estate. Not overly comfortably furnished but with 2 sofas quite adequate. The living area is upstairs and bare boards so does echo a bit. The view from the balcony upstairs is really nice. The location is really quiet. Within walking distance to the sailing club if competing there.

Close to sea beautiful home.

The home was as described and exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Every thing needed was provided. Beds and sofa comfortable. Really loved staying at the home. An additional stair rail would be helpful for children and older people, or in our case enjoy a glass or two of wine. Would definitely book again.

Loved the Reserve as a view

Comfy beds and soft towels but the best bit is opening the bifold doors and enjoying the birdwatching (with the odd cow thrown in 😂)
