Duplex Penthouse Salonica, wonderful duplex with two terraces, air conditioning and free wifi. Located in the exclusive residence of Monte Salonica, it offers a communal swimming pool and great tranquillity. It is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk from the rocky beach of Segundo Montañar and 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Arenal and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.



Accommodation

This comfortable, spacious and bright duplex apartment has 135 m² and is distributed over three levels. The apartment with capacity for 6 people has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped and carefully decorated.



On the main floor is the spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, large dining table, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a beautiful covered terrace. On this floor is the independent fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. Also on this floor is a room with a double bed and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor with two single beds each and another bathroom.



From the main floor, you can access the incredible rooftop with beautiful views via the stairs, which has sun loungers, outdoor dining table and barbecue, to fully enjoy the incredible Mediterranean climate.

It is located 130 m from the rocky beach "Playa Segundo Montañar", 350 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Arenal", 350 m from the restaurant "Restaurante La Perla", 900 m from the supermarket "masymas", 4 km from the bus station "Jávea", 4 km from the city "Jávea", 7 km from the Golf course "Club de Golf Jávea", 50 km from the theme park "Terra Mítica", 98 km from the airport "ALC" and is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.

Beautiful beach, restaurants and bars only 2 minutes away. Great host and easy checkin and checkout procedure. I recommend this property to everybody and for ourselves, we might go back. For sure, worth the money

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour en famille. Appartement tres propre, un bacon et une terrasse, sur 3 etages, avec la climatisation... et a 5 min a pied de la plage, sur une baie incroyable avec tout ce qu'il faut de restaurants, glaciers, magasins de vetements, de souvenirs, location de bateaux.... bref l'endroit ideal pour des vacances en famille, on pose la voiture et on fait tout a pied, ou presque. La vue sur le Montgó est magnifique surtout au moment du coucher de soleil. La residence est tres calme. La piscine est un plus. Bref nous aimerions y passer toutes nos vacances!!

La casa es perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia.

Es espaciosa, está perfectamente preparada y es, además, preciosa. Está a 200m de la playa y la localización es perfecta para estar cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. ¡Nos ha encantado!

El apartamento era cómodo y amplio. Estaba muy limpio. La atención que hemos recibido ha sido muy buena, se nos han resuelto todas las dudas. Muchas gracias por todo Me hubiera gustado que se hiciera un cambio de sábanas a la semana, como si me han hecho en otros apartamentos. Un solo trapo de cocina me parecía escaso, mientras se estaba lavando no teñimos otro Algunas cosas del apartamento ya se ven un poco viejas
