We're just back from a glorious week at this fabulous villa. It was pretty hot all over Europe with record temperatures even in the UK, so we didn't venture very far from the fab swimming pool. The kitchen facilities were good with all the equipment you need. Masymas supermarket was a short drive away so it was easy to get stocked up. There are steps up to the house so maybe not ideal if you've mobility issues. the host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful villa

10 days of luxurious bliss, everything we could have wanted for our holiday, very easy to communicate with Didier. Fabulous beach nearby, and lovely restaurants.

Súper nice stay in Javea!

We had a wonderful time in Didiers house. Great pool and very convenient house with all amenities and well furnished. Location is super calm and only 10-15 car ride from Javea and the beach. I totally recommend if travelling with kids and want to stay in a calm place !

Great value villa

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Very quiet neighbourhood so it was peaceful. The pool area was lovely and welcome on the hot days. As was the air-conditioning in each bedroom.The villa has all the necessities you need, including things to cook with and has been well lived in.Didier was a brilliant host and very communicative for our whole stay. Great villa!

We have just come back from a wonderful stay here. The owner, Didier, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Keen to ensure we had a great stay. The villa is equipped with everything you could need and feels very safe and secure. We rented both parts of the villa. The bottom villa is modern and the top villa has a more Spanish feel - but its a good climb up a lot of stairs! I would be happy to stay here again.

Spacious villa with great views from sunny balcony

We stayed in the villa in August with our 2 children (7 & 11). Very comfortable villa with modern fittings, spacious bedrooms and bathroom and good wifi. The sunny balcony overlooks pool so we could always keep watch of the kids when they were swimming and we were relaxing and enjoying the great views. Didier the owner was very attentive and friendly and helped ensure we had a great vacation in Javea. Highly recommended.

Totally fabulous villa

There were so many great points to this stunning villa. It's in a very classy residential area. It's very well equipped including the kitchen, with useful items such as dried herbs, good prep knives. First time I've used an induction hob - as good as my gas one. The owner was really helpful. Got to park my car off road and undercover - nice to get into it on the hot days. Really easy to get to Playa de Arenal. Lasting impression is the large and lovely pool.

Amazing quiet neighborhood!

We have spent our winter hollyday in a lovely house situated in the most quiet and civilized place on earth😀. I don’t know if in summer it’s the same but the 2 weeks we spent from december to january were very relaxing. Also, the villa has everything you can possibly want, a lovely pool, barbecue, a kitchen very well equiped! Didier, the owner was very kind and helped us with every information that we needed. Also, very tochy and helpful was the gifts we recived in a bucket with wine, food, water and snaks that we realy enjoyed like we didn’t had the time to buy things in our first day so thank you for everything Didier!

You are right, the villa is situated in a quite neighbourhood immersed in nature. Summer is actually the same with a bit more people and a bit warmer to better enjoy the pool 😉. Comfortable, well equipped and surrounded by tranquility

My partner and I rented the property for a weekend away from the hustle and we cannot wait to go back. The house itself is spacious and with many different areas to enjoy depending on what you need: a barbecue outside, sun by the pool, some peace and quiet in the shade... We had the entire ground floor for ourselves as well as the pool area and garden where there is total privacy from the neighbouring houses. Everything inside is brand new. The kitchen has everything you need and is very well kept. The location is excellent as there is no noise (that is what we were looking for), no traffic and the views are wonderful. The closest supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. Stock up with goodies and enjoy the silence!

Perfect, everything as promised

Great property, so clean and well laid out. Everything and more that we needed. Kitchen had everything you’d have at home including a very good welcome package and lots of under sink essentials. Sitting room had easy to use English satellite, books and DVD’s. Bathroom had spa quality complimentary mini toiletries. Uninterrupted views to Montgo. Fantastic pool, really modern loungers, completely private and so quiet. The host Didier was in regular contact and even apologised about the bad weather! I’m probably shooting myself in the foot giving glowing feedback and will find there is no availablity next year but it is so deserved!

We loved it!!!

The residence felt like our second home! Clarisa was very kind, provided the key on arrival and gave us a quick showaround. A very nice welcoming basket was there. It is so nice to have some food and drinks available after traveling. In the kitchen, everything you need is there! And if you have questions or a small problem, Didier is very kind and helpful! The area is nice and quiet, with a BIG private pool. 2m+ in the deep area, so bombs away!! The upper part of the villa is only available if you are with 5+ people, no splitting it up with other/unknown guests.(i think) We had the whole place to our selfs, the upper part was locked/not needed. 1hr drive Alicante airport, 1hr 20min drive Valencia airport.

Superb place to stay

We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing late break here in Javea. The villa is set in an incredibly peaceful area with views across to the mountain and to the nearby wooded hills. It was silent at night and we slept so well on the really comfortable bed. The villa is really well equipped and the welcome pack was amazing with much appreciated wine and chocolates as well as the basics to get us started, The pool area was lovely with the afternoon sun on the comfortable sunloungers surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and the pool was a real swimmers pool not just for a dip to cool off. We really enjoyed sitting either at the table or on the comfy suite on the balcony area just relaxing. It is only a short drive down to either the port area or the Arenal where there are plenty of good restaurants all overlooking the sea. Ideal for watching the sun go down. We also enjoyed going to Cala de la Granadella where the sea was crystal clear and calm to swim in. Didia is the best host we have ever come across. Although we didnt meet him we knew that we could contact him anytime and he checked to make sure that everything was ok for us before, during and after our stay and that we were enjoying our time at the villa. Our only regret was that we had not booked to stay longer.

Just the perfect holiday!

From booking our holiday, to Didier giving us the option of a later check out time, our holiday at this beautiful villa was everything we had hoped for. Didier’s communication throughout has been so helpful, considerate and courteous. He is always ready to help with the smallest of queries, never fazed, the very kindest of hosts. Clarissa his local lady who ‘does’ is a delight. The villa is absolutely spotless, gorgeously fresh smelling and just like a ‘home from home’. Everything is so comfortable and well kept with the air conditioning in both bedrooms such a bonus during the hot, sticky nights, as were the mosquito/fly screens on all the windows and the very welcome mosquito repellent plugs/deterrents in each room - so very thoughtful. In fact the whole villa was thoughtfully stocked when we arrived with household essentials that everyone needs, plus the usual tea, coffee, sugar, beer and wine… everything you could possibly need to get your holiday off to the best start. Ideally situated, just a short drive to the lovely towns of Javea or Denia, you’re spoilt for choice for a day out, or slightly further away the gorgeous Moraira. But why go out when you have such an amazing pool to ‘mermaid’ in and so many ‘sun trap terraces’ to snooze on😊 Thank you so much Didier for sharing your beautiful home with us, we will most definitely be back x

Amazing !!

Amazing property in a great location! We only had 2 nights to spend in this house but I wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for us, the house sits on a very quiet street ( I think I heard maybe 2 cars drive by the whole time we were there), in a very peaceful residential neighborhood. It has the most amazing views of the mountains surrounding it, and the Montgo peak is the first thing you see when you stand on the terrace. All you can hear is the sound of the wind in the trees surrounding the house, and there is always a breeze, which must be very nice during the hotter summer days. We wanted 2 days of relaxation , and this house was perfect for that. You definitely need a car to get to the main part of Jàvea town, a short 10 minute ride away. There are lots to do in town, lots of stores, restaurants and bars by the marina and on the beach. We drove around and along the coast outside of town, and found amazing secluded beaches. The second day we drove to Moreira, also a quick 15/20minutes drive away. If you choose to do nothing , you can stay at the house and enjoy the amazing pool or the view from one of the may outdoor terraces and gardens. The house rents as 2 separate units or as one whole house. We stayed on the lower level, which had been totally renovated just a few weeks ago. The new owners bought the property a few months ago and have been updating it . They were very friendly and easy to work with, and made every effort possible to make our stay enjoyable. The lower unit has a brand new kitchen, ( I don't think the dishwasher or oven had been used before), 2 bedrooms on either side of the main living/dining room and renovated bathroom. All new appliances, everything was super clean and comfortable. We plan to return with extended family and we will be renting the whole house, I already contacted the owners to book our next stay. We will definitely be back and I can't recommend this property enough, it is truly amazing!

Un super séjour à découvrir Javea. La villa est bien située avec tout à côté : plage, restaurants, activités. Elle est totalement équipée, rien ne manque. Une piscine très agréable et un paysage à couper le souffle autour de nous.Le propriétaire est très réactif, toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique. Dès que nous avions besoin il était là. Nous avons adoré nos vacances et nous avons eu du mal à repartir. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Nous avons passé deux semaines à deux familles (10 personnes) Le séjour s'est super bien passé la villa était extraordinaire, propre, très bien équipée, une super piscine parfaitement entretenue et une vue magique. La configuration en 2 appartements était parfaite pour 2 familles. Enfin le propriétaire était toujours disponible et s'est soucié de notre bien être. Je recommande vivement

Excellentes vacances!

Nous avons loué la partie basse de la villa pendant 2,5 semaines. Un mobilier de terrasse neuf, une cuisine toute équipée, une grande salle de bains et deux grandes chambres. Nous avons adoré nos vacances ici à Javea. La ville est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Elle est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est parfaite. Nous en avons profité tous les jours et elle est nettoyée deux fois par semaine par un professionnel. Le propriétaire est très gentil et se préoccupe de savoir si nous passons de bonnes vacances. On peut le solliciter si besoin, ce qui est rassurant. Les environs sont magnifiques, depuis la villa on a un accès rapide à la ville et aux criques et plages. Nous donnons la note de 5/5 pour cette location.

Ausreichend große Wohnung, jedoch niemals 10/10 wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen. Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, 80er Stil ausser der Küche. Badmöbel, Fliesen sind schmuddelig und pekig. Badspiegel ist die Umrandung kaputt, Badewanne hat Rostflecken.Matratze in einem Schlafzimmer ist von ekeligen Flecken und Schmutz übersäht. Daher eher eine 7/10. Ruhige Wohngegend , Terrasse nach Norden ausgerichtet, im Sommer daher schattig. Pool ist groß aber altersentsprechend. Gastgeber ist freundlich und antwortet schnell auf WhatsApp.

Tolle private Unterkunft im spanischen Flair, riesiger privater Pool. Schlafzimmer dunkel wie die Nacht und klimatisiert, ich habe geschlafen wie zu Hause im eigenen Bett. Gemütlich den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen. Verschiedene Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Außengrill - alles da. Villa liegt in ruhiger Wohngegend, lädt also ein, dem Stadtlärm zu entkommen.Didier ist erreichbar, kümmert sich, dass alles einwandfrei läuft - sehr angenehm. Dankeschön dafür!

Excellent séjour chez Didier où nous n'avons manqué de rien : maison propre, climatisée, très bien équipée avec une magnifique piscine privée dans un environnement calme, sécurisé et reposant. Excellente communication avec l'hôte qui est très réactif et très arrangeant.Je recommande cette villa que vous soyez en famille ou entre amis.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen rundum entspannten Urlaub in Jávea und können diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch und bietet eine super Privatsphäre sowie ein herrlich ruhiges Ambiente in dem man perfekt abschalten kann.Ein riesiges Highlight ist der Pool ein echter Traum. Besonders toll fanden wir dass er selbst bei Abwesenheit des Vermieters regelmäßig und diskret gepflegt wurde. Überhaupt war die Betreuung durch Didier einfach erstklassig denn er hat uns von Anfang bis Ende herzlich und zuverlässig begleitet.Das Haus ist zudem extrem gut ausgestattet. Es waren unglaublich viele Materialien und Alltagsgegenstände vor Ort vorhanden. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt dass wir vor unserer Abreise gerne ein paar eingekaufte Dinge für die nächsten Gäste dagelassen haben.Ein kleiner Tipp für Nachfolger Ein Auto ist hier absolut notwendig auch für alltägliche Dinge wie das morgendliche Brötchenholen.Für uns steht fest Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und behalten diese Unterkunft für unseren nächsten Urlaub fest im Blick. Très belle maison avec piscine. Nous avons passés de super vacances. Didier le propriétaire de la maison est très gentil et à l'écoute des locataires. Je le recommande vivement.
