Worst experience Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lights didn't work outside to see to get in. When we entered, a very bad smell and the baseboard heater was on high and the air conditioner was also on. Had to call maintenance and he said to turn it off with the circuit breaker. We mentioned the cover was off bathroom fan and it didn't work, he said an order was in for it. The next morning we woke up to mice droppings all over the the kitchen cabinets. We ended up leaving, they did gave us our money back but it drastically shortened our stay. Kitchen floors was nasty. After checking out. The list said to leave trash inside, they would throw it away. That could explain the smell, especially with the bathroom fan not working and the mice.My wife found a switch in the upstairs closet that said please leave on, security light. Again, upstairs closet. That's why we couldn't see to carry our luggage in after dark. Prior reviews was excellent, that's why we rented. Would also mention that the road to the cabin needed gravel. Rain was on the way and it was gonna be a red clay muddy mess.

This property was dated. Awful smell when we entered. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and cover was missing. Baseboard heater was on high. Called maintenance man he said we could turn it off with circuit breaker and that an order was in for the fan. Outdoor lights didn't work, we had to use our headlights to see to get in at 830 pm.Later, my wife found a switch in the UPSTAIRS closet that said. Security lights. Please leave on. The next morning their was mice droppings all over the counter top around the sink. The company gave us our money back and we came home. Very disappointed to have traveled so far for an enjoyable weekend. Everything else required 2 and 3 day rentals. Just a bad experience. I hope they can fix the issues. Good location. Cabin was pretty small with steep steps to loft. The road to the cabin could use some gravel, rain was on the was. It sure would have been a mess. Instructions for trash was to leave it inside the cabin. This didn't make sense, that could have been the smell if it was rented before us. No trash can for outside.

Nice property. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit area. Only complaint is just because I have sore knees, the stairs are steep to the bedroom and the bathroom is downstairs. Overall, very enjoyable.

Lovely experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice and clean. We loved the hot tub and fire pit area. We were gifted with a nice bottle of wine for our anniversary and a nice note. The only complaints I have are only because I am 49. The stairs are steep and we were sore from going up and down because the bathroom is downstairs.

Great place to stay

Very cozy little cabin short drive from helen. Very nice to have a jacuzzi in the loft! Two smart tvs that work great and a screened in porch and hot tub. Perfect for a nice weekend getaway.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was secluded (but not TOO secluded) and it was a nice place to unplug for a while and be able to relax. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the overall coziness and cleanliness of the house. Would definitely stay here again!!
