Welcome to Chimney Mountain Cabins!

Our peaceful cabin community is perfect for individual stays or larger group gatherings, accommodating up to 20+ guests when all five cabins are reserved together.

We offer five rustic 2-bedroom cabins, each featuring a fireplace, private hot tub, BBQ grill, and rocking-chair porch—everything you need for a classic mountain getaway. Conveniently located just outside the Village of Helen and near Anna Ruby Falls, our cabins sit along the edge of the National Forest, with walking and hiking trails right on the property.

Chimney Mountain Road is a scenic 4.5-mile gravel road winding through a quiet, wooded setting at the base of Chimney Mountain—ideal for biking, walking, or simply soaking in the fresh mountain air. Guests (and their pups!) love exploring the area and enjoying the natural surroundings.

The community also features two shared fire pits, including one in the central common area and another at the pavilion, which offers a picnic table and outdoor ping-pong table. Families will appreciate the large playset and swings, giving kids a place to play while adults relax by the fire.

EXTRA NOTES:
• Minimum age to rent property
• No gatherings or events allowed on the premises
• 50% down payment to reserve property
• Remaining 50% due 7 days prior to your arrival
• Directions and lock box code will be emailed upon final payment
• Required documents: completed rental agreement and copy of ID
• Guest information must match reservation holder
• Guest list should include all adults, children, and visiting guests
• Local residents are subject to approval by Pinnacle
• Check-in time: 4:00pm, Check-out time: 11:00am
• Cancellation policy becomes effective upon reservation of the property

Great stay

Trip was great cabin was great. Hot tub sits out in front of the cabiin so my wife wasn't comfortable using it. The other cabins hot tubs were more secluded.

The process went so easy. They were very helpful in every way. We are reay to make plans for next year. I bringing my son and his wfe. They love the mountains.

I love the cabin and the game room, maybe the games could be a little improved or restocked as some are broken or missing pieces. But we enjoyed the pool table a lot. The cabin was clean and we left it as it was when we arrived. I definitely recommend this property, my family loved it. Thanks 😊

Sufficient for a few days, Great location, good wifi, Hot Tub great

We stayed in cabin #2, small but sufficient. Great getaway near Helen. Good Wi-Fi, but TV options not great. Hot tub was good. Bare minimum supplies - only 1 extra pillow, no extra blankets (and beds only have 1 blanket each). No dishwasher in kitchen, and very small kitchen. Bathrooms are very small, sufficient for us, but toilet in guest was way too small. We ordered the firewood for the fire pit and asked about paper or fire starter (none provided, so we brought our own), but no matches or lighter! (by the way - they sell firewood just down the way toward Helen). Only one side of the gas grill worked. The only shower is in the master bedroom and no door or curtain on the shower area, so the entire room has to be empty for someone to shower. Closet space is great. There is an apartment-sized washer/dryer - bring your own laundry detergent. I only saw 1 horseshoe for that game, almost all the darts for the dartboard were broken, no chalk for the pool sticks, pool table was in poor condition. I did not try to call the property manager for anything because my phone was having some troubles. Overall, the reason this wins over cabins is the hot tub!

Overall it was fine. The tv in living room was oddly small for the size of the room. No tvs in the bedrooms but no biggie. Main complaint was the air conditioning (or lack there of) it would not go below 70. Perfectly fine during the day but it was so hot to try to sleep in. Could just be a personal preference. The beds were a little hard, but overall fine.

Relaxing beautiful little Cabin

The Cabin we stayed in (Cabin #2) had everything we needed for our stay, only thing I noticed that was missing was a hair dryer. No biggie. Just Bring one if you need it.. it was set up so cute. It was so relaxing. The fireplace was a really nice feature. Only wish it had been wood. The hot tub on the porch is so nice and relaxing also, and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Your not far from the town of Helen at all. It’s like a 7 minute trip. We did struggle with the WIFI there. We could not get the router to send out the signal even after I reset it. But, it was A quick weekend Vacation getaway so I just just didn’t worry about it bc I didn’t really want us to be on electronics anyway. All in all I give it a 5⭐️
