Preciosa Villa con piscina climatizada de uso exclusivo.

The Lighthouse House es una villa de nueva construcción que consta de: dos habitaciones dobles, una de las cuales tiene una cama individual adicional. El baño consta de: ducha, inodoro, bidet y lavabo. Los dos dormitorios dan a un espacio abierto compuesto por un porche-veranda amueblado con mesa y sillas, un sofá, una pequeña librería y una pequeña cocina con placa de inducción, horno, hervidor, nevera y cafetera.
La cocina en la zona mirador está equipada con todos los accesorios necesarios para preparar excelentes platos para disfrutar mientras se observa un maravilloso panorama.
Delante de la cocina hay una pérgola adecuadamente amueblada con mesa, sillas y muebles de jardín.
La piscina mide 4x10 m con escalera romana para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes mientras que el aparcamiento está reservado y se encuentra dentro de la propiedad que está completamente vallada.
La casa dispone de habitaciones con aire acondicionado, TV en la habitación y está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. Ideal para una familia que quiera pasar días tranquilos y con total privacidad.
La piscina de agua salada climatizada está abierta de abril a octubre.
Sábanas, toallas, albornoces, sombrilla, sillas, toallas de playa y Wifi están incluidos.
Toda la propiedad está vallada, el aparcamiento es interior y es gratuito.
La vista al mar ofrece un espectáculo de rara belleza, con el monte Capo Rossello a la izquierda, con el faro de Capo Rossello encima, que domina la playa del lido de Rossello y la Scala dei Turchi y la playa de Pergole, en el centro la profundidad del mar Mediterráneo y a la derecha la espléndida playa de Pergole, con sus bellezas geológicas y naturalistas.

La playa "delle Pergole" está a solo 2 minutos en coche, pero también se puede llegar a la playa a pie en 15 minutos.
En las inmediaciones se puede llegar en pocos minutos en coche a la Scala dei Turchi, a la reserva natural de Torre Salsa con sus interminables playas de arena y a Punta Bianca con las famosas rocas blancas y las playas de baño solitarias.

Everything in this property is perfect. Anything you want or need is provided. We had a lovely stay. Enza and Michelangelo are there on hand if we needed anything but also keep their distance for your privacy. It is a beautiful and very special location and we will never forget it. We may be back.

A beautiful property—peaceful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The view is spectacular, with a large pool and a convenient outdoor shower.Enza and Michelangelo were incredible hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They left us plenty of food and desserts, and Michelangelo even surprised us with local treats like arancini and pastries—such a special touch!The location is perfect, with the beach nearby and lots of attractions close at hand.If you’re looking for quiet, comfort, and genuine kindness, this is the place. 10/10, highly recommended!

Brilliant villa - the pool and pool house (with fully equipped kitchen) are a unique and fantastic set up. The hosts are so generous and helpful. We had a wonderful 12 days and had time to explore the area. You will need a car to access the villa, it is a stunning location overlooking the bay with supermarkets and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.We would recommend for families - the 2 bedrooms are separate and so comfortable (with air con which was essential in August!)It is a peaceful spot and we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

Fabulous villa

We had a great time here. For a family of 4, it is perfect. The views are stunning and the pool is glorious. Michelangelo and Enza were incredibly attentive, generous and friendly from the moment we booked. The location is perfect to explore that coast of Sicily. A 5 minute drive down to the local sandy beach which wasn’t busy but beautiful clear water. There are 2 beach bars/restaurants there too. Would recommend hiring a car to get to supermarket etc. Highly recommend!

A magnificent property. Very quiet and extremely clean with all the amenities. The view is spectacular and the pool is great for early mornings, late nights and especially during the heat of the day. The hosts were amazing, left us deserts and we parted with more of them… they left food for us, coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, cookies etc. Treated us like family. They were very responsive if we had questions… the beach is so close as is many of the local attractions… the full moon was extra special. I would recommend this place to anyone… if you like quiet qnd comfort and kindness this is your place 10

Perfect relaxation

What a fantastic villa, a few narrow and bumpy roads to get there but the reward is perfect privacy and a lovely view down to the lighthouse on the coast. Several nearby beaches within 5-10 min drive beautifully unspoilt and never crowded. The pool is the perfect compensation for searing Sicilian summer. Our hosts Enza and Michelangelo were so welcoming and always available by call/text for any issues- thank goodness for “google translate” bridging our appalling lack of Italian! The occasional delivery of local delicacies or fresh fruit from their garden was a delightful addition.

Home from home

We had the most relaxing time at this beautiful home. Cooking and eating dinner with that view was so peaceful and soul refreshing. The home had everything you could need with regular visits from Enza ans Michelangelo to ensure the pool and garden are well maintained and to surprise you with local treats and home made sauces.the hiuse is perfectly located for exploring the area.

Peaceful with a stunning view

Fabulous property, perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is large and warm, and the view breathtaking. It is quite remote but fine with a car and the perfect base from which to explore the area - lovely beaches, scenery, and historical sites nearby. The property owners are extremely friendly and provided exceptional hospitality; bringing us delicious pastries, arancini and pizza. The property is extremely well stocked with everything you could wish for, including tea, coffee, condiments and other essentials. We had a lovely stay and would very much recommend this house for relaxation, peace and tranquility.

Quiet and out of the way

Well equipped house with great facilities incl. pool of a decent size Owners are very attentive (and quite adept at using Google translate to english!) Location is quite remote from most points of interest in Sicily, but if you are looking to chill, get a fabulous tan and enjoy the peace and quiet, then this would fit your bill.

Beautiful stay in sunny Sicily

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Vincenzo’s Home in Pergole. The host were incredibly kind to us all throughout our stay. From surprising us with a delicious Pizza and refreshments after a long journey to proving us with recommendations for most wonderful Beaches and the lovely farmers market in Realmonte. The house overlooks the beautiful ocean and is extremely well cared for by the lovely and attentive hosts. You will have everything you need in this lovely and cozy home and the refreshing pool. We had a wonderful time staying and would recommend it one hundred percent.

A wonderful house with 2 parts, fine equipment in the kitchen, towels with bathrobe and a beautiful garden. There were foodstuff for the start of the stay. A spectacular oasis just outside of Agrigento

This place is absolutely incredible, if I could give it 10 stars I would! Throughout our extensive travels in Italy we have never met a more welcoming host family than Enza and her family. They welcomed us when we arrived, gave us a tour of their beautiful property, and offered us fresh figs from their garden! They also visited a few times after that to bring us local arancini and cannolis, which were absolutely incredible. The property itself has an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains and sea below and also has a beautiful garden and pool. Each piece of the property is designed with so much thought and care, we really felt at home. Enza also went above and beyond with her local guide and recommendations for us, there are numerous beaches within walking distance or a short drive. One thing to note, because of the incredible coastal location, the streets near to the property are narrow and winding, so be prepared for the drive. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful place someday and recommend it to all!

Our very warm recommendation

We are a family of 4. We had the pleassure of having our vaciton at Enza and Michelangelo's villa. When ariving at the villa we was welcomed by Micheangelo and his Daugther Serena. It was a warm and very nice welcome. Evenmore they had arranged a meal for us. We arived late, therefor we was very happy for this. During our stay, our interaction with the landlord was pleassant, warm and very open. We are not speaking italien, so we used google, it was newer a problem. The house is very clean, and well equipt. We where not missing anything. There was no problems during the vacation. The description and the pictures of the house is actually very conservative. The view is way better, the pool is bigger than we thougth it would be, the same for the house. The local beaches are perfect, ecpecially "paradise beach". Sand and clear blue water. Thank you Enza & Michelangelo, it was a perfect vacation. PS. a very special thanks for all the local cookies our gave us, they very delicius. Felix, Viktor, Stinne & Nicolai

Eine Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht und wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer hier kann man sich gut erholen und gut zur Ruhe kommen Punkt die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in absoluter Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet schön geschnitten, einzig ein scharfes Messer in der Küche hätte uns geholfen. Die Gastgeber Michelangelo und Enza kümmern sich sehr gut um einen und wollen dass es einem sehr gut geht, lassen einem aber auch die Privatsphäre wenn dies gewünscht ist.

Wundervolle große Anlage

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Blick auf das Meer.Großes, abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Autostellplatz.Grosse Terrasse mit schönem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, ....Bad klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.. Vermieter sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit.Bei Ankunft wurden wir spät am Abend mit Pizza versorgt, da wir keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mehr hatten.Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Sehr schöne Umgebung, mega Pool.

Das Haus, oder besser gesagt die Häuser sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal! Man hat immer irgendwo Schatten! Der Pool ist einfach perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind die Herzlichkeit in Person! Wir wurden mit sizilianischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Man sollte wohl bedenken, dass das Haus oben liegt und man eine sehr steile Strasse hochfahren muss, aber schafft Frau auch ;-). Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Michelangelo ed Enza due proprietari fantastici, hanno pensato a tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Casa pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort, ci hanno fatto anche una piccola spesa. Happy days at best place

Wir hatten eine rundum wunderbare Woche in dieser exklusiven Villa zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Enza und Michelangelo sind unübertroffen in Gastfreundschaft, toller Kommunikation und Fürsorge, sie sind herzliche und sympathische Menschen, auch sehr diskret, wir hatten das Gefühl zu Gast bei Freunden zu sein. Die Anlage bietet absolute Privatsphäre und einen tollen gepflegten Pool, den wir sehr geliebt haben. Alles im Haus ist durchdacht , sauber und bequem, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir auch zuhause gern nutzen. Das Grillen hat Spaß gebracht, wir konnten die Biokräuter aus dem Garten direkt pflücken, an der grandiosen Aussicht vorne konnten wir uns nicht satt sehen. Die Ruhe in der Natur hat uns sehr erholt. In der Umgebung ist das das Schönste Domizil, mit dem Auto (parken auf dem Hof super) erreicht man in ein paar Minuten mehrere schöne Strände und auch für Ausflüge z.B zum Tal der Tempel ist es eine optimale Location. Viele Tipps bekamen wir natürlich von unseren Superhosts. Danke auch an die herzliche und umsichtige Tochter Serena. Wir hatten einen rundum unbeschwerten Urlaub dort und wollen unbedingt wiederkommen! Ganz großen Dank an Euch für unsere schönen Flitterwochen!

Wohlfühl Oase auf Sicilien

Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Aussicht, der Pool, das Ambiente und vor allem die tolle Aussenküche waren perfekt. Wir saßen die Abende lange zusammen, haben Sternschnuppen gesehen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Abgerundet hat uns die Betreuung von Enza und Michelangelo. Die beiden sorgten in jeder Lebenslage für uns. Sei es mit frischen Obst, Tipps oder einfach nur netten Gespräche. Die beiden haben wir total ins Herz geschlossen. Sie sind die perfekten Gastgeber und strahlen Familie für uns aus. Danke!!!

Sehr liebevoll gepflegte Anlage in absoluter Ruhelage - nur das Rauschen der Palmen und das Gezwitscher der Vögel! Am Wochenende ist der Strand zwar etwas lebhafter. In der Bucht finden sich aber auch private Plätzchen, sodass man dort den Sonnenuntergang fast ungestört genießen kann. Oder man nutzt am Wochenende den gepflegten Pool, um ungestört zu bleiben. Top-Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Dazu noch die Versorgung mit Bio-Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten und lokalen Süßspeisen! Dabei wurde aber die Privatsphäre trotzdem immer respektiert! Supermarkt und Tavernen in guter Entfernung, sodass man auch spontan am Abend noch auf ein Eis fahren kann. Wir bevorzugten dabei immer das authentische Porto Empedocle (mit echter kleiner Fußgängerzone) - etwas abseits vom Rummel in Agrigento oder den Türkischen Stiegen. Ein idealer Ort zum Entschleunigen und Entspannen!
