We enjoyed this stay here and communication was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had all that was needed. The place has some historical charm to it, so the adjoining walls are not sound proof. It could have been that the others staying in the building were a bit noisy. It also is not in the historic part of Jim Thorpe. It’s about a 1.5 mile drive to that section and pay for parking.

Everything was very clean and set up for us on arrival. Good location with a pleasant walk or short drive to the heart of Jim Thorpe. Very quiet and beautifully appointed guest house. We would gladly return!!!

Dee’s place is better than pictured! We were in town for a concert at Penn’s Peak which was an easy drive from her location. Her place was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the deck before heading out for the day. We would definitely stay there again if we get an opportunity to return.

It was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate his 60th birthday! Close to center city and only blocks away from our favorite place to eat, The Union Publick House! Stocked with anything you could possibly need. Loved the fireplace as the first night was a little chilly! Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Wonderful stay close to hiking and downtown

This place was a gem! We thoroughly enjoyed the personal touches and guidebook left for us by the host as well as how clean and charming the place was. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Jim Thorpe!

Clean room, well stocked with all necessities. Great comm with Host, off street parking. Room was excellent, no complaints. My only caution to would be renters is: not really walking distance to Jim Thorpe Train Station, Bike Rental or the Jim Thorpe commercial district. The ad gives the impression everything is with in walking distance. If you want to spend the day "in town" you still have to drive in and park in Paid Parking Lot. It's about 1.2 miles one way to town center and it's pretty steep hill. But other than than that the accommodations and host were great.
