Villa Palm Golfe is a lovely new modern villa bordering the Vila Sol golf course, overlooking the putting green of the 24th hole. The Vila Sol Spa and Golf resort, a luxury development nestled between the towns of Vilamoura and Quarteira.

Vila Sol is an excellent choice for a short golf break or a family holiday.

Villa Palm Golfe has a spacious garden, covered terrace with table and chairs for 6, outdoor lounge furniture, large swimming pool with sun loungers, and Gas BBQ.

The pool also has a smaller, shallow circular pool, perfect for the little ones in the family. The main pool can be heated, for a supplement of £400 per week from June 27th to September, and £500 for October to 26th June.

Living Area: As you enter into the villa, you find yourself in the entrance hall which looks into the living room down one step. The living room is shared with the dining room that looks out to the lawned garden through the patio doors. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. Within the living area, is a door leading to a small office space.

On the basement level is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen: Adjacent to the living, dining room is a modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen opens up lovely to the outdoor dining area and has a lovely flow coming through. The kitchen is stocked with appliances such as gas hob, oven, microwave, state of the art coffee machine, American style fridge freezer and much more.

Palm Golfe has 3 bedrooms. You have two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, and a double bedroom on the first floor.

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The twin bedrooms downstairs have shower en-suites, the twin room on the first floor has a shower over bath.

Maid Service: The rental price includes cleaning service 3 days a week, during weekdays and excluding bank holidays. Linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed twice a week.

Please note, tourist tax is not included in the price. It is €1 per person per night between 1st November and the end of March. Between April and the end of October it is €2 per person per night for guests who are 16 and over (Max 5 nights).
