With a privileged location less than 50 metres from La Fustera Beach, between Calpe and Moraira, and 2 minutes from the supermarket. Marta Beach 3 offers access to a fine sandy beach with crystal-clear waters, ideal for water activities such as kayaking and paddle surfing. As a Marine Reserve, it is a paradise for divers, with a rich diversity of marine life offering an exciting underwater experience.



Marta Beach 3 is located in a recently built complex with a chill-out restaurant, swimming pool, sun loungers, and Balinese beds, where you can enjoy, even some nights with live music.



The apartment located on the top floor consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, TV and wifi. One bedroom and bathroom with shower. All of this with incredible views.

Overall, nice place, great views. Door lock was a bit stiff but the rental office was on hand and responded quickly. Lots of parking around, and just a short walk to the beach and bar. Also fairly close to a store to buy food.

Great spot & spacious apartment

Very relaxing didn't like the diffusers/fragranced cleaning products Not good for breathing.We put them outside as i couldnt sleep in the bedroom.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber und hell. Mit Pool, strandnah, Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohnung (Marta Beach 3) weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Die Belüftung könnte besser sein (im Badezimmer hat sich an der Decke Schimmel gebildet).

Excelente ubicación y confort.!!!

Ubicación, limpieza, privacidad. Poner percianas o toldo, el sol da directo durante 12 horas y el interior se calienta mucho. cuando llegamos nos costó 2 horas de aire acondicionado para baja un poquito la temperatura interior, luego lo apagamos para no hacer uso excesivo y por suerte por la noche refresco el clima exterior. pero llegado el mediodía el sol es imponente y cuesta mucho soportar la temperatura. incluso algún ventilador móvil sería bueno también.
