Veracruz 17-B Deluxe Apartament Levante Beach

Apartamento reformado en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, con acceso directo a la playa desde el establecimiento. Posee 2 dormitorios, 1 cuarto de baño con ducha y capacidad para 5 personas.

Alojamiento de 70 m² muy luminoso, tiene una gran terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la bahía y a la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria+infantil abierta de temporada (01/05-31/10), parking techado y al aire libre en mismo edificio sujeto a disponibilidad a la llegada, 3 Televisores (Smart TV), plancha, secador de pelo.

La cocina americana de inducción con península, está equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, congelador, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el Check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 62, a nivel de calle, nombre comercial BenidormBooking.

- Se retiene una fianza de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check in a partir de las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

- Check out antes de las 11:00h

- Se permite fumar únicamente en la terraza.

Excellent location. Beautiful sea view. Very clean and spacious. Some plaster crumbling off one of the walls. Bit of a smell from the bathroom drains. Glass table in the living room was chipped on the edges

Didn’t even feel like we were in Benidorm!

Incredible sea views, super light and airy and a great balcony to sit out on. When we arrived it felt and smelt like the property had been shut up for a while and there was a funny smell but we cracked open all the windows and it went away.

Fabulous, great location

We had an excellent stay at this property — perfect for a family of four. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. It had a welcoming feel and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was great too, making it easy to get around. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended! The only downside was the hot water situation. Unfortunately, the supply didn’t last long enough for more than one person to shower at a time, which made mornings a bit tricky. If that gets sorted, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, we really enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Stunning views and beautiful apartment.

The view was stunning and the location was great for my family who had some difficulty walking long distances. Well equipped facilities and it has a great supermarket underneath. This was an expensive apartment compared to many others in a similar location but it was a lovely apartment. We arrived at 12pm and was told to leave our number for someone to call us when the room was ready. We received no call and when returning at 4pm (check in time) we still had to wait for over 1.5h for the apartment to be ready.
