Renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 5 people.

Very bright 70 m² accommodation, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (05/01-10/31), covered parking and outdoors in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 televisions (Smart TV), iron, hair dryer.

The open-plan induction kitchen with peninsula is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

Excellent location. Beautiful sea view. Very clean and spacious. Some plaster crumbling off one of the walls. Bit of a smell from the bathroom drains. Glass table in the living room was chipped on the edges

Central location balcony There was damage to the interior wall, the bathroom sink moved poor soundproofing to upstairs floor. it’s nice having a swimming pool, but no point if there is no sun lounges

Didn’t even feel like we were in Benidorm!

Incredible sea views, super light and airy and a great balcony to sit out on. When we arrived it felt and smelt like the property had been shut up for a while and there was a funny smell but we cracked open all the windows and it went away.

Fabulous, great location

We had an excellent stay at this property — perfect for a family of four. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. It had a welcoming feel and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was great too, making it easy to get around. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended! The only downside was the hot water situation. Unfortunately, the supply didn’t last long enough for more than one person to shower at a time, which made mornings a bit tricky. If that gets sorted, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, we really enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Stunning views and beautiful apartment.

The view was stunning and the location was great for my family who had some difficulty walking long distances. Well equipped facilities and it has a great supermarket underneath. This was an expensive apartment compared to many others in a similar location but it was a lovely apartment. We arrived at 12pm and was told to leave our number for someone to call us when the room was ready. We received no call and when returning at 4pm (check in time) we still had to wait for over 1.5h for the apartment to be ready.
