Nice spot but complex self check-in only

A nice place to stay, however, there is no reception as stated and all checking in has to be dealt with yourself via Whatsapp, meaning providing many details of each guest and scans of all passports. Very complicated when travelling with a big group, if you don’t use Whatsappdeal with technology well. None of this was clear at the time of booking.
Response from VrboOwner on 13 May 2025
Dear Stephen, we provide all the information in advanced plus doing the check in online is very easy, but has to be done before your arrival, anyway of there is any problem we always try to find the most suitable way to do everything. Kind regards.

Benidorm birthday weekend.

Location brilliant well equipped everything you needed spacious apartment liked the washing room and ironing room . Shutters made the rooms lovely and dark kept the early morning sun out if you like a lie in. No mirror apart from in bathroom there was plenty of wall space for at least three mirrors . The twin room faced a very busy road from about 5 am very noisy ear plugs probably a good idea if a light sleeper.

Response from VrboOwner on 4 Jan 2024
Esperamos poder volver a hospedarte.

Response from VrboOwner on 7 Feb 2023
