We arrived at the property at around 5pm. We were told to pick up the key from the Llaut Boutique Hotel and given specific instructions on how to do this. We came by taxi so had to organise the taxi to stop of here at extra expense.we followed the instructions but there was NO key in the box. We called the emergency number and were eventually given another number to open the box. There was a key in this so we proceeded to our accommodation. This key didn't work. We were stuck at the accommodation with all our luggage . We rang the number again to be told we would have to walk back to the hotel to collect the right keys. This was absolutely disgraceful treatment. The woman on the other end of the phone was laughing about our situation and when I said how rude she was being she hung up on me. I complained on the messaging service the next day and the responses indicated that we hadn't listened to their instructions - UNBELIEVABLE!This behaviour by the staff absolutely ruined our initial few days as we couldn't believe the treatment we received. We asked for some more towels as there was one hand towel between the three of us . They said they would bring some but nothing came . There was nothing in the apartment apart form a bottle of water so we had a 2 hour delay getting in and then had to go shopping for basics like salt and pepper etc. I have asked Your Island Villas for the email address of the owner but they have told me they are not allowed to give this to me.
