HÀrligt hus för 8 med bra lÀge

Ett trevligt boende med bra lÀge, de 4 dubbelrummen med tillhörande badrum - perfekt för oss med 4 barn. Poolen, "leksakerna", grillen, Wifi, tvÀttmaskin mm gjorde det lÀtt för oss vuxna nÀr vi tillbringade tid i huset med barnen. Enkelt att parkera bilar pÄ gatan, lugnt lÀge men ÀndÄ "nÀra" till centrala Picafort och matbutiken. VÀdret tillÀt oss att Àta ute, annars mycket trÄngt inne vid matbordet för oss Ätta. HÀrligt bemötande och servicekÀnsla av Àgarinnan - tusen tack!

BĂ€sta veckan!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i detta underbara hus! Det fanns allt man kunde önska och lÄg dessutom ett stenkast frÄn en stor Mercadona (Supermercado) dÀr man kunde handla allt i matvÀg man kunde önska till bra pris. En kort promenad frÄn huset finns pulsen i Can Picfort med strand och stort utbud av restauranger. DÀr huset ligger Àr det dock lugnt. BÄde vi vuxna och barnen (12 och 10 Är) stortrivdes! Magdalena var mycket hjÀlpsam bÄde innan, under och efter vÄr vistelse i huset och hon gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att hyra detta hus!

Our host Magdalena was incredibly helpful. We arrived in the evening and the grocery stores were closed, so she had gone shopping for us and bought food for the morning. She had also already figured out which restaurants were open when we arrived, so it was easy for us to go straight to eat. The location of the house is good, even though it is not right in the center of Ca'n Picafort. There are a few good grocery stores nearby and it is a short walk to every where. It took about 5-7 minutes to the beach and city center. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm even in October.

Die Villa war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmaschine/Waschmittel und Holzkohlegrill). Die KĂŒche war super, und es gab einen HandtĂŒcherwechsel-Service. Der Pool wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig kontrolliert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp war sehr hilfreich. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Perfect villa for vacation with friends

We were seven girls and stayed 7 nights at the villa. Its ja beautiful house with 4 clean and tidy bathrooms, a nice and well equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor area. The supermarket is a 3 minutes walk, to the beach around 8 to 10 minutes. There are many hotels in the area and many tourists so there are some stores and many restaurants and beach bars.The wifi in the villa did not reach all the bedrooms but the living room is equipped with a television and bluetooth box. In the pictures online it looked like there were three desks but when we stayed, there were only two - one in a bedroom and one in the living room. The house has 8 beds but only 4 chairs at the dining table which wasn't a problem really because we just took the chairs from the outside area in. There were 7 sunbeds next to the pool, the pool was clean and nice.Overall a great stay and an incredibly nice host who was always available and very accommodating. She recommended her favourite places to us which was very nice. We would definitely book the villa again!

Great family holiday

Super equipped villa a real home from home everything you could need provided. Location a quiet residential area transport links ok taxis fairly reasonable bus easy to use tap in & out very cheap supermarket 2 mins walk great value and choice. Lots of restaurants within a 20 min walk Lovely beach and promenade and some really great restaurants just past the port/marina.

Magdalena is the best host I ever had. The house is perfect for family with 4 big bedroom and a very nice outside with the swimming pool. The house is near all you need supermarket, beach, restaurant, activity. It was a perfect holidays in this house. Thank you for all.

Excellent villa

We were a family group of 7 aged from 7 to 70. After a delayed arrival, it was lovely to find a starter pack in the kitchen and even sweets on the kids pillows. The villa was spotlessly clean, well presented and well equipped with items not normally provided in self-catering such as cleaning products and toiletries. Magdalena, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. The pool was ideal for our young children although the shallow end was 1.2m deep. It was well located for shops and transport and about 1/2 mile from the beachfront. The downsides were minor: very little food storage in the kitchen; lack of drawer space in the bedrooms; no full length mirror. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

First class!

We have just returned from a week’s stay at the property and everything about our stay was first class. Magdalena met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property and also provided info on the local area and recommended restaurants etc. Our teenagers loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Absolutely recommend and we hope to return.

Excellent stay

Great stay - 4 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom ideal for our group. Great location and walking distance to supermarkets, beach, shops, restaurant and local bus stop. Pool perfect for a dip and outside space great for chilling or eating under the canopy. Great host who communicated well with us and allowed us a little later time to check out. Thank you Magdalena.

Fantastic Stay

This was our second time staying at this villa and it is perfect in every way. Great location for restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. Perfect sized pool for smaller children. Great outdoor space and good sized bedrooms and a bathroom per room. We plan to visit again next year!

Bellissima struttura, ideale per famiglie

Una casa dove c'Ăš tutto sia in termini di dotazione per la cucina sia per ilmare/piscina. La proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha accolti e nei giorni precedenti ci ha inviarto delle suggestioni e consigliato come muoverci. La casa Ăš molto spaziosa, i bagni sono ampi e gli spazi adeguati a 8/10 persone. A 100 metri c'Ăš un supermercato molto grande ed il mare si puĂČ ragiungere sia a piedi, per le spiagge di Can Picafort, sia con pochi minuti di macchina se si preferice Alcudia o la spiaggia di Muro. Dall'aeroporto sono 50 minuti di macchina circa. Tutto perfetto. Grazie

Great place for a family holiday

I took my elderly parents, my 2 sons and their partners to the villa and it was just perfect for us! 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one upstairs. All were ensuite which was just what we needed to keep some privacy. The villa was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, lounge comfortable. Outside there was a small swimming pool (perfect to cool off in), sunbeds and a table tennis table. We also made use of the BBQ a couple of times. The villa is in a quiet area but only 2 minutes to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from too. On top of that Magdalena, the owner, was lovely and really helpful. I thoroughly recommend and hope to go back again

Relaxing and comfortable

The property is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to the beach and local shops. A clean and well presented large vila with air con throughout. Lovely pool and outside area. Great for bbqs in the evening. Magdalana was a very friendly and helpful host. Welcoming and happy to help us with any questions before and during our stay.

Very nice house

We spent two weeks in villa Safina and the house is really nice. The house is very clean and there was everything we needed. We often cooked ourselves and although the kitchen is not large, there was everything we needed for cooking for 8 people. Everything in the house works perfectly and Magdalene is very nice and helpful. The house is very centrally located - close to the sea, restaurants and a large supermarket. We would very much like to return to the house again.

Amazing Host

We just want to let everyone know that Magdalena is such an amazing host, who goes above and beyond what you would expect. Even before we left the country to go on our holiday, I was able to communicate with her and she was so helpful and supportive. When we arrived she had supplied us with everything we could possibly need in the villa before we could get to the supermarket - wine, beer, water, breakfast items. We were ‘blown away’. She continued to be helpful and supportive, with booking us a taxi and recommendations for dinner, helping us arrange hiring a boat for the day, advice on where to go with medical concerns. I would highly recommend this property. It was a great location for heading down to the beach every evening for dinner and cocktails. The supermarket is 5 mins away. Very convenient.

Villa was perfect for our needs. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Pool area great with table tennis and barbecue. We needed another sunbed which Magdalena was very quick to replace and the sink in one of the bathrooms leaking but again this was attended to straight away. Magdalena was the perfect host and easily contacted throughout the whole booking process and whilst we were in Can Picafort. The villa is situated close to all the amenities and approximately 10 mins walk to the beach. Kitchen well equipped with all crockery and utensils required. Light, airy and clean. Thank you to Magdalena for a fantastic holiday
