Welcome to our home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer and it can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for your convenience.

You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

Guests will have access to the whole property!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Andavamos dentro do apartamento e o barulho era enorme a ponto de acordar todos a noite. Escutavamos todos os vizinhos subindo e descendo as escadas nas areas sociais do prédio. Superb! : We booked the top floor two bedroom apartment for 1 week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet (maybe because we were on the top floor)! Very well located in porto, great value for money! The parquet floor is very noisy when you walk around the apartment. It wasn't disturbing for us as we were on the top floor. But I imagine the apartments below might be bothered by the noise.

Incorrect information

The place was listed as 3 bedroom of which one with sofabed. Before booking I asked whether the 3rd bedroom with sofabed was indeed a separate bedroom or that the sofa bed was in the living room. The owner answered that it was a separate bedroom. Based on that info we made the reservation. Also asked to have the sofabed made for our visit. Upon arriving we were very disappointed that the sofabed was in the living room and not made. We asked a cleaning lady to make the bed or at least provide the linnen, but she disappeared and never came back. We ended up moving a mattress from one of the other rooms.

No elevator and noisie

The apt. Is very noisie. Every step comes with it's own crack. The walls of the apt. Are very thin so you can ear every thing hapening at the next room. No intimacy. Remodeling was made it with very cheap materials and the construction codes were absent on many spots. Tha apt has no dishwasher, no laundry station and has NO ELEVATOR. 2 people of the group has problems with hips and knees and the ups and downs by the stairs and we had a very bad time to go trough. We had problems to get in because the key quality. The indications weren not the best. We received it by email even thatI asked to receive instructions via wathsapp because the internet conectivity. There was not a phone number to call in case of emergency and the welcome center was located realy far from the apt.
