Old Town House is a well-presented three-storey cottage resting in Dawlish, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms including a second-floor king-size, a double and a single with a truckle bed, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is designated off-road parking for one car and a courtyard with furniture. Old Town House is a fabulous property, perfect for making memories with your loved ones.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Walled courtyard with benches. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Beach 0.6 miles. Please note: Being an old property the staircase is quirky, narrow and spiraled, so not suitable for people with limited mobility. Please note: To gain access to the parking space you'll go through a muse with a height restriction of 2m.

The Dawlish Water runs through the town and down to the sea and is lined with pretty lights creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will also find a gorgeous sandy beach ideal for a trip with travellers of all ages.
