Livingstone street apartment 2 is our 1-bedroom luxury apartment located in a perfect spot just outside of the city centre in the Leeman road area. Roughly a 20 minutes' riverside walk into the centre of York.

This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment has recently been refurbished You will immediately notice that everything in the apartment is practically brand new. Through the entrance door you will see the spacious open plan living and kitchen/dining room. The living room is decorated to a high standard, offering a king sofa bed for extra sleeping space and a smart flat screen Tv.

The stylish kitchen comes complete with an electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washer for your use. Alongside all of the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a basic meal.

The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable super king size bed that can be split into singles if requested.

The bathroom contains modern tiling throughout, it has a bath with a shower overhead.

The furnishings are extremely comfortable and makes the apartment a perfect choice for your stay in York.

Hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided throughout your stay, there is Free high speed WI-FI, ironing and hair drying facilities also for your use giving you the option to pack a little lighter!

Nice apartment just outside the City Centre. Had everything we needed for a short break in York Clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Communication was great from hosts and check in details very easy to understand

Excellent stay 15 min walking from the center

The flat is in excellent condition. Well maintained and stocked with everything one may need for a short stay. There is enough space for a couple with children. Location is a quiet area 15 minute walk from the York Rail station. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment

Nice cosy apartment, I took my 2 young boys and this was an ideal location for my little train spotters, the railway museum is just down the road and they were over the moon with their trip there. The apartment was well stocked with cooking equipment which made our stay easier

Nice place!

Nice place, alittle bit more of a walk from city centre, than I thought but didn't mind that. Good area base shop was close for essentials, Chinese and pub not even 5 minutes walk away. Nice walk from train station next to the canal take about 15/ 20 minutes. Bed was big but was two beds put together but overall comfortable. Overall the space was nice, comfortable and good value for the price.

Looking forward to returning

Very warm, modern, and comfortable little house. All the utensils and mod cons you’d expect. More than generous amount of bedding and towels available. Parking isn’t an issue; the city centre is a 15 min walk along a pleasant river. Would stay again

Perfect

Lovely little apartment with everything you could possibly need. The bath is HUGE which was so nice, comfy bed and we very much appreciated the amenities such as dishwasher and washing machine. The location is good too, quite a quiet street with a bus stop about 2 mins away to get you into the city centre, and the bus stop to get back from the city centre stops practically right outside. Very clean and modern, would stay here again!

Everything I wanted

The team at York Boutique Lets made this stay effortless. They responded quickly and were very helpful. We loved the location. Central but quiet, the home was warm and the huge bed was of a superior quality, brilliant. We stuck to public transport, drop off right outside the door, but you couldn't hear them at night, what little traffic there was dried up by 7pm. Excellent cooked breakfast at a cool old pub one block over. It was well priced, well cooked and big enough to take a bacon sandwich and sausage away for lunch. Great locals and the publican Tim, would shout delicious pizza and sometimes ham sandwiches if you were lucky. Legend.

Complete misrepresentation of the property - not as shown!

The photographs of the proposed booking attached to this feedback are totally different from the actual apartment, which is far tinier. It comprised a kitchen, living room, with an uncomfortable sofa (bed), a breakfast bar, with no dining table, a tiny bathroom and a bedroom. In addition, the apartment entrance was on the corner, not at the side of the property and it was on the ground floor, not an upper storey, as depicted in the photos. The booking was made by my daughter, on our behalf, as a treat for my husband's birthday and therefore we were unaware that we were in the wrong property, until I showed her the photos we took on leaving this morning. I am shocked that there is a total misrepresentation of this property and will be contacting you on Monday to discuss. We have looked at the property WE stayed in on York Boutique Lets and note that this is the correct price for what we have paid, yet the property is entirely misrepresented. Furthermore, on York Boutique Lets' website, the Livingstone Street properties are shown as three separate apartments for rent, yet there is only one on VRBO, which, as described, shows the superior apartment on the first and second floors (apartment 1). There is some serious confusion and lack of clarity about exactly what is being offered.

York Boutique Let's very helpful and friendly on the phone when we booked, we had apartment 1 and 2 and they were both well equipped, clean and tidy. Couldn't fault them
