Regarding the storm-related power outage, we promptly responded by arranging for an electrician to restore the electricity, ensuring your comfort and safety. As for the burglary incident, we are deeply saddened by the violation of your privacy, and we fully cooperated with the local authorities to assist in their investigation. We take security seriously and will review our property's safety measures to enhance guest security to preventing something like this happening again. Regarding Wi-Fi speed, also related with the sotrm, we apologize for any inconvenience. We aim to provide all essential amenities and will look into improving our Wi-Fi connectivity.
