This newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment offers 600 ft.² of modern and comfortable living space with all the amenities you need to just check-in and chill out. Fast WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, instant heating, hot shower, 2 minute walk to supermarkets, short walk to Brockwell park and Dullwich Park. Train and Buses are plentiful and within a couple blocks.
The space
My modern recently refurbished one bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. It is conveniently located in Tulse Hill and with great transport links, you'll be right in the hub of the city but also be able to escape the hustle and bustle!
The living area is cosy and bright with a beautiful, warm design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It's a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back and relax. The sofa also easily converts into a sofa bed that can further accommodate up to 2 people comfortably.
If cooking is your thing, you're going to love spending time in our kitchen. There is also a fantastic dining table perfect for those who want to enjoy a meal together.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night's sleep? You don't have to live our of your suitcase; plenty of storage rooms means you can get un-packing and start feeling at home right away.
Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the morning with a shower or a bath, your choice! White fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided!
Additional items provided are:
- Iron and Ironing board

- Hair dryer
To help battle the pandemic, we have partnered with Airbnb to help connect healthcare providers, relief works and first responders with a clean, convenient place to stay. Our property enables you to be close to your patients and a safe distance from your own family. We may be apart, but we'll get through this together.
Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. Enjoy a comfortable, well-equipped space designed to make extended stays both productive and relaxing. With amenities tailored to meet your needs, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free long-term experience.
Cleanliness is incredibly important for us and our guests, and even more so now as we all aim to reduce the spread. This is a CLEAN ENTIRE APARTMENT.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
