Apartment is located on the ground floor of the residential building.

Free street parking is available around the building.

Most popular beach in Split called Znjan is just 8 min walking from the apartment or 3 min by car.

It's located in a quiet residential area but just 10 min of public transport ride to the buzz of the center and right next to a park.

Apartment is air conditioned and has large 65” LED TV flat screen with cable channels so that you can pamper your senses.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed, LED TV and the balcony connected to it.

In the living room there's a cozy sofa sleeping two people.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, toaster, oven, kettle and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

**** House rules:

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace and balcony.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance. Surcharge for one pet is 10€ per night

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment, its terrace and balcony.

There are no shared areas in or around the building.

There are lots of free parking spots around the building.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This is typical residential area with all the local facilities just around the corner (grocery shops, bakeries, caffe bars).

It is very quiet and safe with good connections with other parts of town as well as suburbs and surrounding areas by local buses.

Nearest and the most popular beach in Split called Znjan is 8 minutes walkking and few popular nightlife caffes as well.

Childrens playground is just 500m from the apartment and grocery store is just 60m away. Within few minutes walking are also football cageball, bowling center and gym.

That makes it an ideal location combining closeness to virtually everything in Split and having your own peace and comfort.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is within two minutes walking. Bus lines to the center are frequent, every 5-8 min. It takes about 10 min of public transport ride to the center or 6-8 min by car.
