The Space:

A maisonette, only 30m from the beach with a large patio, offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.

The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.

On the ground floor, the property features an open-plan space with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a modern designed bathroom. In the lounge area, there is also a comfortable sofa-bed, which can accommodate two more guests.

On the lower level, you will find a bright bedroom with two single cozy beds and another bathroom!

In the bedrooms you will also find all the necessary amenities provided for your comfortable vacation.

In the swimming pool of the accommodation, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion. On the modern outdoor patio, on the sun beds, you will gaze at the sun while enjoying your favorite drink under the shady corner.

On the patio of the property, you can enjoy homemade meals cooked with pure local products on the big BBQ grill. All rooms are airconditioned!

The villa that can comfortably host a big family or a big group of friends, is located in Petalidi, a small coastal town with all kinds of shops for your everyday needs, several coffeehouses, daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns, restaurants where you will taste local flavors and night bars. There is also a pharmacy and a health center.

The house is the perfect starting point to getting to know Peloponnese, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.

Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Petalidi (1.5km), Tzanne (2km), Kalamaki (2km), Karyas, Chelonaria (4km), Chrani (5km), Episkopi (7km), Velika (8km) and Agios Andreas (9km).

Getting Around:

You can reach the area by public transport; connecting Kalamata and the international airport of Kalamata with Petalidi and Koroni.

Public transport is frequent and daily.

The area has many attractions and the best way to visit them is the car!

You will be able to enjoy all the beautiful beaches of the area and the tourist attractions.



Other Things to Note:

This is a great choice for all the seasons of the year! There is an underground passage that leads directly to the beach, so that you won't need to pass through the road! The left side of the beach is sandier!

The use of the pool from our little friends is allowed only under adult supervision and responsibility.

Our guests will be required to deposit the amount of €300, as a security deposit, for any damages upon arrival at the property.
