TÀmÀ 1000 neliömetrin huoneisto on 5 tÀhden kiinteistö The Strandin vieressÀ. Se on yksinoikeudella uusi rantahotelliyhteisö Dana Pointissa. PATIO JA Olohuone kohtaavat meren rannalla upeat nÀkymÀt rannikolle. TÀmÀ on parasta mitÀ se saa! Rakennus uusittiin TOTALLISESTI hiljattain. Voit rentoutua terassilla juomalla ja KATSOA AALLOJA ja jos onnekas, voit nÀhdÀ DOLPHINIT pelaavan surffailussa. Illalla voit katsella Auringonlaskua valtameren yli.

Perheemme omistaa rakennuksen. . Tutustu muihin yksiköihimme, jotka ovat saatavana osoitteissa VRBO 305471 ja 4588790. TÀssÀ olevat kuvat edustavat yksikköÀ 2 tai "Travertiini", joka on hiljattain remontoitu ja jossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, toisessa king-size-vuode ja toisessa queen-vuode.

On suuri PATIO upealla merinÀköalalla, joka johtaa upeaan huoneeseen, jossa on avoin keittiö ja ruokasali. Condo oli kaksi tÀyttÀ kylpyammeet ja pesukone ja kuivaaja laitteen sisÀllÀ. Se sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa ja pÀÀsee myös autotallista. TÀmÀn ansiosta laitteen sisÀÀnpÀÀsy on erityisen helppoa, jos sinulla on matkalaukkuja tai ostoskasseja. Ei ole stÀrejÀ. Yksikkö on liikuntarajoitteisille ja tÀysin varustettu kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset.

On pöytÀ ja 6 tuolia suurella terassilla merinÀköalalla, joka on loistava paikka grillata ja syödÀ illallista kesÀyönÀ. ja jos olet onnekas, saatat nÀhdÀ delfiinejÀ!

Excellent GEM of a vacation spot!

We loved our stay at Dana Strand! The view surpasses the Ritz Carlton—pictures don’t capture its beauty. Peaceful with crashing waves below, the two bedrooms suited me, my husband, and our teenage daughter perfectly. This beachfront gem was a lucky find! Jill was an exceptional, attentive host. 10/10, would stay again!

Great Find

This was an amazing property with unobstructed ocean views. Close by steps to walk to the beach. Living space was so comfortable with everything there. Property owner was wonderful. So friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We've already booked our next trip

Amazing and super clean!!! STUNNING!!!

By far the best place I have stayed at!!! And I have stayed at many, many places. I could not have picked a better “home” to visit. Jill was an amazing host. She gave us privacy while at the same time was readily available for any needs we may have needed. The place is beautiful, had ALL the amenities you would ever need. And the view!!! Stunning!! The balcony was huge. The description of this unit does not do it justice. Thank you Jill for an amazing visit.! We will be back!!!

Amazing view and more...

What a lovely place to call home for 2 weeks. The home's layout worked well for my family. We were close to everything we love about Dana Point - the horse park in SJC, our favorite restaurants (Gianna, Coastal Kitchen, Maison, Bottega Angelina), and, of course, the beach. And when we didn't want to venture out, we had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, a grill, and a deck that offered a spectacular view of Strands Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The sunsets were simply amazing. Jill made the process of renting the home very easy from start to finish. She is communicative and responsive. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect location

What a wonderful place with a view that is 2nd to none. The unit was very well appointed with everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and cleanup. Each bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion for use after a long day at the beach. Easy access to both the path to the beach as well as the entrance to the cultural trail (a must see that is an easy hike). The owner was always available and she made the the arrival/departure process seem almost as if we were family coming to visit. Both units are the same comfort level and cleanliness. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet place with an unobstructed view of the Pacific, this is the place to book. We will definitely be back again.

Simply magical..

My husband and I stayed at Jill’s property after selling our home while deciding our next steps. All that I can say is that this property is simply magical. I have lived in the area my entire life and never have I ever seen such an incredible ocean view of Strands Beach. The sunsets never got old. Often my husband and I go to the outdoor bar at the Ritz Carlton for a bite or a drink and marvel at the gorgeous view. The view from Jill’s place is even better!! Every morning we would enjoy our coffee watching the surfers down below us and listening to the crashing waves. At night we would marvel at the lights down the coastline, all the way to San Pedro!! We even saw underwater lights from the divers on the point. The home is set up perfectly for our dogs as well. It’s tough to find dog friendly rentals and this was just beyond anything we have ever experienced. Jill was a gracious host and very good at communicating. She had everything we needed in the home for our stay. The views are incredible from morning and into the evening. I cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was. We will make it an annual tradition for sure. Thank you Jill!!

Mom's 89th back to childhood Dana Point

Wonderful trip and Jill went above and beyond to ensure we had a property that would accomodate my mom and her needs ( shower as my mom's mobility is very limoted and a bath tub/shower wasn't gonna work for her. Fresh flowers awaited and all was amazing.

Excellent stay!

We loved our time at Jill’s condo. The patio and view were amazing. The hike down to the beach was beautiful. The place itself was very comfortable and clean. The city of Dana Point is a wonderful place to visit with excellent restaurants too that we greatly enjoyed!

Failed expectations

The rental property is very old, need a lot of facelifting.The furnitures were old fashion but somewhat functional. There was no washer dryer ,we were offered to do laundry on the garage of the adjacent unit. The hot water in the shower gets cold when shower in the upper unit is being used by the owner cutting short the showering. The key to the front Sliding door does not work. The door of the master bedroom opens to the garage and cannot be locked from the outside, very insecure , if the garage door is opened by someone, gaining access to the whole unit.There were ants crawling . The view is great!!//

Jill was an amazing hostess! Perfectly positioned on the pacific for spectacular sunsets and adorably appointed for the most amazing long weekend ever! I cannot wait to return in the spring for more boutique shopping and the incredible, nearby restaurants. Thank you Jill for a fantastic vacation!

Our beautiful stay at Monarch Bay

Such a beautiful piece of our California coast and ocean ! The homeowner has created a wonderful place for her guests. Very well decorated ...comfortable....clean and easy to access.We look forward to returning :) ...The only thing needing attention is the host's phone number listed on Vrbo....it isn't accurate with the host's actual phone number. Luckily the accurate phone number was available in the rental.

A beautiful place with a beautiful view....

This place couldn't have been located and planned any more perfectly than it is. A beautiful view of the ocean, the sunset, and the coastal area of our beautiful California coast. The owner has it decorated wonderfully and very clean and well-kept. Much attention to comfort and ease of living as well. Plenty of privacy in each unit also. A beautiful getaway :)

Property as pictured. View was stunning and location was good for walking and coastal activities. Jill was helpful and easy to work with. The property could use a deep cleaning. Sheets could be replaced. The kitchen has basics but not equipped for other than simple cooking.

Paradise

This property was absolutely perfect for our "sister retreat". It had the most gorgeous view in all of Dana Point. My sister and I loved sitting out on the balcony sipping our hot coffee early every morning and breathing in the fresh ocean air and watching the surfers and the dolphins. At night we could hear the waves which for us was very soothing. I was happy that the beds were super comfortable and we liked the fact that there was a large smart TV in each bedroom and in the livingroom too. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook our meals and there was also a gas grill out on the patio for cooking. Jill was an awesome host and such a talented artist with her artwork on display throughout the home. We definitely want to stay on this property again. We loved it!!! Thank you Jill!

Wonderful stay at Dana Point!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Amazing views, access to trails and beach. Quiet and comfy. We hope to return.

Fantastic location and view

The condo was first class and had everything you could want to make your stay comfortable including good parking. The location made walking the Strand and nearby parks as well as driving to nearby towns and attractions super easy. But the view was what made the location “special”

Unforgettable Six Weeks

Everything was wonderful—the view of the ocean at all hours, hearing it at night, the sunsets—all better than imagined before the trip. This was a comfortable place to zen out for six weeks while we slowed life and escaped the winter in the Midwest. Eight-minute walk to Dana Point’s Main Street, coastal access like none other, and a better perch than the people who paid $20 MM on the hillside below. Ha! Jill was always accessible and very kind, accommodating. Thank you, Jill! We can’t wait to come back.

Breathtaking view, excellent walking paths and original art

This was my all time favorite VRBO places to stay because, unlike many oceanfront places, you can easily get out and walk along the cliff tops and down to the beach (steps), instead of having a great view but no where to go. This condo is on a hillside that is a small nature preserve, but you could conceivably walk to marina and restaurants. The house is wonderfully well. designed and equipped and comfortable. We spent family time on the deck with my son-in-law spotting whales and dolphins. Nice original art on the walls of the condo. Friendly communication with the owner. Great stay.

All of the units have original art - either my own or that of my mother. I hope you enjoy the art in each unit and if you are interested, then you can ask to see my art studio upstairs. These condos have the best views in Dana Point. They are located in the exclusive neighborhood of The Strands overlooking over 1/2 mile of beach and over 2 miles of hiking trails. Our neighbors are living in 15-20 million dollar homes. You will love the area and our units. We have many repeat visitors.

(without the original art). It is satisfying to share this beautiful piece of heaven with others. The location and view is spectacular. You will not be disappointed.
