Great Cozy apartment to stay in when visiting Guatemala! Close enough to Antigua to do some exploring and far enough to relax and get cozy! Convenience Mall at very few minutes from it.
You can rest or work from your comfort since the location area is safe and quiet, you can also walk and do your shopping.
The apartment is centrally located and you will find corner shops, supermarkets, fast food, etc. a Medical Center, restaurants, Banks and a Shopping Center. (5 minutes by car).

The cozy apartment is open to guests, so feel free to make yourself at home! - There is a space for your vehicle, it is only for compact vehicles, (see attached photo album). For larger vehicles it is too tight, if you enter but when leaving the driver it will be a bit complicated. There is plenty of street parking at no cost or, if you prefer to leave your vehicle in a parking lot, it will cost you Q25.00 per night (6pm to 9am) or Q50. 00 all day. (You can request a lower cost if you stay more than three days). This parking lot is conveniently located near the apartment.

-The apartment has a security cameras and an alarm system (Only recording the outside motions) for your security, so relax and feel safe!
The apartment has four rooms: a private bedroom with a full bed, the other with a sofa bed, a table and a television with internet, Netflix and cable for tv; then you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need, so that you can cook and prepare your own food if you wish (see attached photos).
-The apartment is equipped with a laundry area: WASHER AND DRYER for your own comfort, without having to leave home.

-We have hot water for the shower.
-There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, or if you prefer to use private services you can access it from this bus stop as well (taxi, tricycles, minibuses and vans).
-There is Uber service in Chimaltenango.
-It is forbidden to smoke inside the facilities.
Chimaltenango populations is about 85% local indigenous Kakchiquel. Our weather is warm mostly sunny and with average temperature range between 54 to 68 F. It is located about 45 minutes drive from Guatemala City. Ciudad Antigua Guatemala is 25 minutes drive from Chimaltenango. Atlitlan Lake is it must visit place, this lake is 1hr 30 minutes away toward north. This lake breathtaking is surrounded by three dormant volcanoes and steep cliffs.
