Furnished with a plush sofa, a comfy double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 2, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The studio is located in a quiet residential street just off The Broadway in Wimbledon, which includes Wimbledon Theatre and plenty of bars and restaurants.
My studio is easily accessible by public transport.
- 7 mins walk from both Wimbledon Main Line /tube/ tram station and South Wimbledon tube.
- Heathrow Airport is a 35-mins drive from the flat.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
Please note the heating cannot be raised higher than 22. This is for safety reasons and the radiators will shut off via a Smart system. Please do not book this home if you require temperatures above this as you will not be compensated.
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
