Un mobilier confortable, des ventilateurs de plafond et une cuisine entièrement équipée en font le lieu de séjour idéal. Le salon est équipé d'un AC portable pour plus de confort si nécessaire. Le condo offre un lit Queen & 2 lits jumeaux qui permet de dormir jusqu'à 4 personnes et une laveuse / sécheuse est situé dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

Le complexe Sea Village jouit d'une des meilleures réputations de la ville, grâce �� son emplacement idéal pour les randonneurs et à ses magnifiques installations, notamment une piscine en bord de mer, un spa, une cour magnifiquement entretenue, des barbecues et des tables de pique-nique. C'est une propriété gérée avec amour et impeccablement. De charmantes torches tiki vous éclaireront le soir dans le jardin central où se trouvent le barbecue, la table de pique-nique, la piscine et le spa.

La grande véranda en front de mer couverte vous met au premier plan pour regarder les dauphins et les baleines jouent dans les vagues. Vous aurez également un bon siège pour profiter des célèbres couchers de soleil sur Kona. La véranda est située au-dessus de la piscine et vous pouvez voir la porte pour accéder à la plage de sable en face du complexe où vous pouvez chercher des tortues!

Overall this unit is excellent. The view looking north to Kona and south is spectacular and perfect for watching dolphins, whales and boat traffic. The unit was clean and provided the necessary kitchen amenities. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. Smaller pool area but adequate. The screen door and slider was broken when we arrived but after reporting it was replaced almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this condo last minute for our teenagers spring break. Could not get over the views as soon as you walk into the condo. Everything was well appointed for our stay and the management company was friendly and on top of all our needs. Loved the layout with the bedrooms in the back. AC was perfect! I am a home chef and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. Most importantly, the complex was quiet and the perfect location for our vacation. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the condo, thank you.

Great view and location

We enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful off of the lanai - we watched whales and dolphins every morning - very exciting. We cooked in the kitchen every morning and grilled out by the pool. We got our steps in - going up to the place - but it was worth it for the view. Bathrooms were nicely tiled and very clean. Plenty of space for the 4 us to hang out in. Parking was good. Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again

Comfortable and convenient

We didn’t do much more than sleep here, as we were out most every day, and the condo was more than adequate for our family of four. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the lanai, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Air conditioning worked very well. It was a few minutes drive to town and the abundance of restaurants, and close to a good snorkeling beach to the south that we visited on our last morning before heading to the airport (Kahalu’u?). We appreciated and used the snorkeling gear and coolers. Communication was excellent every step of the way.

Great location, terrible build

Location and view are great and new renovation inside is nice. But the walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors on both sides. The beds are terrible and mattresses old as the unit. The worst part was the lack of blinds on the window that let constant light in from the hallways. I had to cover the external hall lights with foil to sleep. Just kind of lazy management IMO.

Beautiful view, nice fresh remodel. Beds need help.

Overall a very nice stay. The remodel has been done 90%. A few minor finishes missing, but you won’t notice without a close inspection. The condo was reasonably well equipped. Pots, pans adequate. The unit is not lived in as there’s no spices other than salt and pepper, so expect to purchase supplies if you want to cook. The only real complaint was that the mattresses were super squishy and not supportive. I was tempted to buy one and donate it.

Nice Location

Beautiful location. Problem with the outside entry floor being an inch or inch and a half higher than the floor leading to it. My wife fell and smashed her face because the level change wasn't marked. A ramp or caution tape or caution sign would be appropriate. Fortunately, nothing broken. Even with fans the property was very warm. The air conditioner was undersized for the living room but was appreciated. Too many speed ramps in the parking lot and too close together. No one could speed through the parking lot. The location was good, but wouldn't recommend walking to town.

Clean, great views - nice stay, but high fees

We likes this place - it was clean, stocked adequately, and great views. One day we even had an entire SCHOOL of dolphins swim by the condo - right in front of our lanai! Location was good - providing easy access to the things we wanted to do and see. While it was within walking distance of the Kona town area, we opted to drive (I didn't measure it - but probably a mile or so). Overall - we are happy we stayed here, and one positive I should also mention is that they have a concierge who contacted us early on and offered to help us make reservations at various attractions, like the Manta Ray night dive. That service was very thoughtful, and nicely done. Dave did the scheduling for us, and saved us that work. We found that the AC unit in the living area really didn't help cool things too much, so we turned it off and set up fans (they had plenty of them) to move the air from the bedrooms into the main living area and out the door - which helped a lot. A couple negatives: We have stayed in VRBO condos before, and while this was really nice, the privacy on the lanai isn't what some others have been - we could see our neighbor lanais both left and right, and below - a little privacy barrier would have been nice, but that is in the design/layout, and too late to change that. Not terrible, but I like a bit more privacy. The photo they show in the listing was taken from the door to the lanai, not on the lanai. The fees and taxes are high compared to other listings - and while that information is not hidden, it's important to take note. After staying in this place we moved down the coast to a house with a private pool, right on the ocean. It was a splurge at a much higher cost per night, but in looking back, if you add all the taxes and fees to the cost of this place, it brought the two costs per night a lot closer. Clearly a business has to pay taxes that a privately owned property may not, but it's hard to compare apples and oranges if you are just looking at the cost per night (which is generally our first filter for looking deeper at a property). It would be easier to compare if their price per night included all the fees except the cleaning fees, since those appear to be listed separately for all the places we stayed. We stayed at 4 different VRBO places on this 3.5 week trip to Hawaii - deciding it was better to separate our trip into quadrants rather than try to drive everyone from one location (it IS a big island, after all).

Condo with a great view

The condo was as expected from the pictures, it has a balcony with a great view for sunsets, dolphins and the Norwegian cruise ship was passing by. The AC in each room was very efficient and useful with the humidity and hot temperatures of those days we were there. The beds mattresses were changed as mentioned by the owner and were comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for cooking. Now on the downside, the second shower was very small. The bedrooms windows do not close hermetically so we hear everything outside. There are no curtains on the windows so the hallway outside lights illuminated the room during the night and of course as soon as the sun rises it was very clear so it was a bit difficult to sleep for people who need it darker. We did not have enough dishwasher detergent for the duration of our stay. Finally, it would be a lot better to equip it with boogie boards…..

Pure Perfection!!

Stayed here for 11 days! All we could say is that it was perfect from beginning to end! The condo had everything we needed! we were told it came with some basics to get you started, but it was honestly enough to last our stay! It was also stocked with bath towels and beach towels as well! There were beach chairs for us to use but those definitely need some updating. There was 4 of them but one was broken and couldn’t be used and it was a full lounge chair that was too big to carry to the beach. When I inquired about it when we were there, I was told the chairs were not something that was guaranteed to be included and most were left from previous guests. Even if that is the case, it’s a small investment for the owner to make so guests can have them to use. We were 4 people and only had 3 chairs to use. There also should be towel bars in the hallway bathroom like the ones on the door in the master bath. There is no place to hang your towels in the hallway bathroom, but a small towel bar next to the sink which is too small. The master bath had plenty of towels racks behind the door and some hooks as well. Same should be in the second bathroom, especially when 4 people are visiting the condo, The kitchen was perfect, with everything you needed to cook! A bigger garbage pail could be used as well, especially since they provided garbage bags which were for a much bigger garbage pail. The condo was air conditioned which was delightful! worked perfectly and there is one in both bedrooms and the living room! They kept the condo cold and comfortable! It was nice especially since we spoke to many guests who didn’t have air conditioning! We could have never done it without air conditioning! We had a few maintenance issues which were taken care of immediately, which was very nice! As soon as we called, they were at the condo immediately! The condo was spotless when we arrived! All in all we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We so look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful View, Uncomfortable Beds

Unfortunately a day into our trip we both became symptomatic and needed to isolate for the rest of our time in Kona due to positive testing. The view from the unit was nice, the AC worked well and we were able to DoorDash groceries and meals. Really our only complaints were the beds and couch. All three beds were very uncomfortable and the couch was on the small side for two adults over 6’. If we weren’t having to spend days on end in the unit it may have been fine, but just be aware that you may the beds uncomfortable.

We host over 5,500 reservations a year with the help of knowledgeable management, proficient team members and trusted homeowners.

Sharing Aloha from the first contact whether it is phone or email, we are here to assist by making the booking process as seamless as can be. We pride ourselves on providing hands on assistance whenever it is needed, whether it is reservation details, maintenance issues, or even booking activities!

Kona Coast Vacations is fortunate to team up with great property owners which are instrumental in providing exceptional homes for our new and returning guests. With over 250 vacation rentals from oceanfront homes, ocean view condos and private estates, we are here for your every need, open seven days a week to take care of our guests and owners. With two locations in Kailua Kona and in Waikoloa, we have dedicated specialists in guest services managing reservations, maintenance, and property checks alongside our accounting, support, and marketing specialists. We have been proud to be a VRBO member since 2001 and hold Premier Partner standings.
