Typical holiday apartment on the first floor, accessable via private staircase, only 250 meters from the beach. Two bedrooms, both twin bedded. Spacious living/eating area with semi openplan kitchen. Kitchen has an electric cooker and oven, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, espresso machine fit for local cups and a washingmachine.
Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, washbasin with storagespace for toiletries and washingmachine. Apartment has Dutch satellite TV (with two UK Channels: BBC World and Sky News and several other european channels) and free WIFI. Large balcony with view of the road below, with table and chairs and parasol. Situated on the Rua Oliveira Martins in Praia da Oura, only 100 meters from the famous Clube Paia da Oura. Small supermarket and bakery just around the corner for first needs. Free on-streetparking (when available). Paid off-street parking (garage) available at 1 walking minute. Only 5 walking minutes from the famous Strip, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from for your entertainment. Albufeira Old Town a mere 2 kilometers away. Stay is on a bed only basis, cleaning, linnen and towelchange once a week. Extra cleaning/linnen/towels possible at additional cost.

Ruim balkon met uitzicht op de straat, met tafel, stoelen en parasol. Ligging aan Rua Oliveira Martins, Praia da Oura, op slechts 100 meter van de bekende Clube Praia da Oura. Gratis parkeren op straat (indien plaats beschikbaar). Betaald parkeren mogelijk in de parkeergarage op slechts 1 minuut lopen. Om de hoek diverse winkeltjes voor eerste levensbehoefte. Estadia com muito boa localização, muito perto da praia e de uma das ruas mais movimentadas de Albufeira. Estadia foi ok, com alguns problemas relativamente à habitação, e conforto para os hospedes podia ser melhorado. De resto tudo ok.

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes trois amis de 23 ans , et nous avons vraiment adoré le logement et son environnement; la plage a 6 minutes a pied, la rue des bars à 6 minutes à pied aussi. Le logement est très beau, vraiment très spacieux et bien aménagé , de bons goûts. Diane est extra, elle répond aux messages dans les 10 minutes. Toujours à l’écoute et a répondu à toutes nos questions . Le seul bémol de cette location a été le stationnement, car il y a un parking mais payant, donc nous avions trouvé des places aux alentours de la résidence , et on s’en est très bien sorti toute la semaine. Je recommandes, et je serais bien restée quelques jours encore. Merci Diane.
