Parque da Corcovada. Appartement de luxe dans le bloc 37 situé au rez de chaussée. Grand balcon avec beaucoup d'intimité sur le sud-est avec deux chaises longues, parapluie tournant, grande table avec des chaises et une vue sur les piscines. 2ème terrasse sur le côté des chambres à coucher.
L'appartement est situé dispose d'un parking privé dans le garage. Il ya aussi un parking public à environ 10 mètres de l'entrée.
Idéal pour des vacances agréables dans l'Algarve avec ses belles plages et la campagne. Profitez du soleil sur la terrasse de l'appartement, la piscine à votre portée. Entourée de chaises longues et parasols.
Manger délicieux et chaleureux sur une terrasse sur la plage ou dans l'un des nombreux restaurants de la région immédiate. Beaucoup d'entre eux sont sur le fameux "Strip" qui peut également être servi un verre dans un des nombreux bars. Une vie nocturne animée à distance de marche.
Pour votre vous magasinez pas loin non plus. Une promenade de quelques minutes, il y a beaucoup de magasins et un supermarché pour votre épicerie.
Par exemple, pour la «vieille ville», puis il y a une bonne raison de service de bus sur le bord du parc.

Great holiday and lovely apartment

The property was large, spacious and well cared for with all the amenities we needed. Was close enough to restaurants to walk in the evening, and in a quiet neighborhood to relax during the day. Ideal for visiting Albufeira with my family.

Property was much bigger than expected and location is Perfect! Disappointed that the pool was not available, since they were doing repairs. It was up and available one day before we left.

I am always worried about nasty surprises when I book private rentals - not the case at this property. The apartment is so clean and spacious, it surpassed all our expectations.There is a slight incline when walking to Aldi ( 7 minute walk) and the local restaurants so we used Urber or Bolt to get around

Algarve

This place is so well equipped especially for a young family. It has play pens, high chairs , pool toys , beach towels, sleeping cots, blow up beds, grocery carts, everything you need. Communication with the owner is efortless. Lots of room, great view and no car needed. Groceries, beaches, the strips are all within walking distance. But, the adult pool wasn't useable.

Great trip

We had a great 4 night stay in Fred's apartment. Fred was very responsive from the moment of booking. Everything you could think of is in this apartment, even a trolley for the supermarket run. The apartment is also very clean and well presented in a quiet complex. The apartment is in a great location with lovely restaurants close by and just a short walk from the strip. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return to Fred's apartment.

Great stay in portugal!

This apartment was great! The apartment has lots of space, a great patio, bus stops and grocery stores close by. There are some items you can use such as floaties, sand toys and other beach related items. We enjoyed using the trolly for grocerys and the satellite tv was a nice bonus! We really appreciated that the propery manager met us at the building and took us through everything! Would deffinatly recommend!

Albufeira Stay

We stayed at this location for 1 month. The property was beautiful, the condo was clean and well located. My only concerns involved the property maintenance which was very unexpected. The pool was drained, our balcony was soon out of service and we eventually found ourselves housebound. We could not enjoy the outdoor space due to the ongoing maintenance.

Perfect getaway

The apartment was really nice and the 3 balconies were a huge bonus as we could sit out and enjoy the morning sunshine having breakfast poolside then move to the front balcony for late afternoon sun which we were incredibly lucky to have for the full month The apartment is really big and had all the extra's to make this a real home from home The pool and landscaping were well maintained and we spent many afternoons enjoying the peace and quiet around the pool with books We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again as the location is perfect with loads of nice bars/Restaurants nearby and Aldi is only a few minutes walk Fred was a great host and responded quickly to anything we needed during our stay so 10 out of 10 all round from us, Thanks

Good weather, nothing to cool off!

Apartment was wonderful, hosts were great but the pool was closed which greatly saddened my two sons who were looking forward to the pool the most. According to other tenants the pool had been closed for some time and if I had been made aware of this I would not have stayed. Did not bother me so much but my sons were devastated.

In my opinion property seems to be subsiding. Cracks in some of the walls and balcony off living room. Large crack in main pool floor which is unusable. Would have been nice to have been informed of this before booking. Kids padding pool usable but looking at a teenager up to his ankles in water not good.

It is indeed true that there is a crack on the terrace but this will be fixed. It does not affect the building or the property in any way. Unfortunately, it was not known at the time of booking that there was a crack in the floor of the pool. And few weeks before arrival I informed that the pool might not be able to be used.

A lovely apartment to explore Albufeira and the Algarve

I stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 children 15&11) at the end of July/beginning of August 2018 and we had a lovely time. The apartment is beautifully modern and spacious. The balcony overlooks the pool area and the countryside, and there were loungers available poolside anytime of the day. The owner was helpful leading up to the rental, and the local rep was lovely and really helpful while we were there. It's a 10 minute walk to the strip with many restaurants and bars, and similar distance to closest large supermarket, although smaller shops are nearer. The nearest beach is slightly further away at about a 20 minutes walk. The apartment is very easy to locate and has allocated underground parking, so would also suit as a base if you're exploring the Algarve by car. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for its location with local restaurants and bars and for exploring the Algarve,

Corcovada/Montechoro 2 bedroom apartment

The location is ideal. Aldi grocery and restaurants (Sexy Meat and Robertos piri piri chicken 2 minute walk). Tourist train Red line stop #4 right behind the Bullring stadium(defunct now ,but stop in at Carlos' bar)and The Strip only a few blocks away. Walking distance (1.3 miles to cardiac hill and beach). The pool is not heated but the pool deck has many loungers and umbrellas. Quiet neighbors for the most part. Apartment is big and you get All the tv channels(premium too). The only let's say downfall, was that the apartment is in need of a "Refresh" as the Sofas are quite worn and walls are in need of a painting, "artwork" on bedroom walls are stickers that are falling off. However we would not hesitate to stay again!!

Bruyantes (voisinage), piscine hors service. Salles de bains très bien (refaites récemment) mais l'apparment à besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Le mot « luxe » dans l’annonce est de trop.

L'appartement est très spacieux, situé dans une résidence récente et calme. La terrasse donne sur la piscine mais à l'abri des regards. Commerces, restaurant etc... à proximité immédiate à pieds. La place de parking en sous sol est appréciable même si l'on peut stationner facilement au pied de la résidence. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire Fred, et très bon accueil de la part d'Astrid sur place. L'appartement est également très bien équipé. Je recommande !

Super Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.Es war wie nach Hause kommen.Wirklich sehr gut gelegen für viele Unternehmungen.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und das Einchecken war ohne Probleme. Auch Albufeira hat sehr viel zu bieten. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub an der Algarve !!
