Lovely Break

The place was perfect for 5 of us and felt very private. The outdoor area was a perfect place to relax and the small village it's near has some really nice local food. Although the road to get there is a bit awkward, the place itself has no faults!

Villa with amazing views

Beautiful quiet villa with stunning views. The owner very responsive to any of our concerns. Garden lovely with several areas to sit we especially enjoyed the hammocks and made his use of the pool. We also loved seeing and hearing the goats with their bells on the evening.

Wow! Peaceful, quiet and just beautiful! 7 of us stayed here in August, 4 adults 3 children and the villa was just perfect! SO well equipped with all you would need. Beds super comfy, lots of deck chairs and plenty of space. Communication with the owner was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and quick to reply and Mr P the housekeeper was lovely! Couldn’t fault either of them!The villa is set out in the mountains in a small village with no local shop in walking distance so a car is a must, however there is a little cafe, who are so friendly! There is a couple of restaurants about 10 mins drive away ( couldn’t walk it) which were lovely Spyro’s is 100% a must try! The same area has the nearest local shop. The drive to the villa isn’t easy, we arrived in the dark in taxi’s and it was a little complicated HOWEVER once we got our own car and got used to the bumpy roads and location, we were so glad the villa is where it is! It’s so peaceful, you hear is goat/sheep bells in the morning passing up through the mountains, which is lovely to wake up.The local villagers are so friendly and would always wave/say hello. It’s a beautiful little Greek village with fruit trees everywhere and mountains as far as the eye can see, stunning …. 2 weeks was not long enough!! …we will absolutely be retuning in the future

Absolutely Lovely

Sotirios was the perfect host. He really thought of everything and the treats he left out for us provided such a warm welcome after a long day of travel. The house is beautiful, obviously lovingly cared for, sparkling clean and in perfect working order. The outdoor area was gorgeous-just like the pictures. The pool was wonderful and so nice to have on those hot summer days. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and starry skies at night. We loved staying out in this area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our only regret is not enough time there. This lovely place is a true gem. Such a breath of fresh air. When we return to Crete we hope to stay here again.
