The location of this condo is fantastic! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops and on the beach! The condo was clean and the beds especially comfy! We loved the larger balcony and the pool was nice.

Nice place, clean, and good layout. Only real issue for the unit is, TVs need replaced. Get rid of the entertainment center. No one uses CD or VHS players. Computer screens are bigger. I would stay there again.

Pensacola Beach

Place was great, just the right size for us beautiful views and the sunsets are also beautiful. The only one complaint that I have is no walk in shower, for must people that is fine but I have a bad knee and it was hard to get it in and out of the tub, but it did not ruin my vacation, will be back.

This property is as advertised.

Property was very clean and well maintained. All appliances worked perfect. Couches and chairs are cloth so not the most hygienic but, again, very clean. We will no longer use VRBO based upon the overhead cost now being charged.

Spring break 2023

We had a great time! The listing was just as described. Southern kept us informed of any updates that we should need. Everything was on a Coded lock which made it easy to access getting both in the building and in our room. The rental chairs were set up and comfy for our beach days and the guys with lazy days checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Definitely plan to come back! Very laid back area of the beach during spring break.

Short and Sweet Get Away

We made a quick 4-day 3-night getaway. The condo was comfortable. Mattresses were great and very comfortable living room furniture. Would've prefered some type of chest with drawers to store things in--but the open racks in the closet did the job...just noting a personal preference. Also, there was no additional blankets we could access when the weather turned very chilly. I expect that was an oversight of the cleaning staff. Including beach chairs and umbrella was a nice extra and there is easy access to the beach. Would definitely consider a return.

I arrived to an unclean condo and the door had been left open. We had trouble with the door lock the entire trip and I emailed the property manager and never received any help.

Beautiful, clean condo right on the beach and within walking distance to some restaurants. Beach service was included which was great. downfalls there was only 1 elevator working for a large condo building. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor so most of the time we took the stairs however, this was VERY inconvenient when my 70y/o dad needed to get downstairs. Other guests complained also that the elevator had been down several days and breaks all the time. This building has 16 flors(i think) so not good! Other thing is very little/no supplies such as shampoo/conditioner, only 2 trashbags, no coffee filters, no laundry detergent, etc. This is inconvenient when you fly into town and have to uber everywhere for supplies...also went to store before check in so would have been good to know the lack of supplies in advance to buy what we needed.

The location & the view were wonderful!

The location & view were amazing. The condo is in shabby condition. The door was left ajar when we arrived. The floors were a mess! Our feet & shoes stuck to the tile floor when we walked on it. The master bath tub had a lot of black mold on it. I called & complained about the tub & floors no one eff be ever showed up to address it. When I took a shower the facet fell off! They did come & fix that. The shabby part would have been ok but not when combined with a dirty condo with parts falling off. This would be a great place otherwise. I was very disappointed with this condo. Also people should know that the things provided like, salt, pepper toilet paper were in super short supply! I assumed this is because of Covid-19. Bring everything you need with you.

Great Condo!

Everything we needed. Great location. Easy walk for my husband and I and our two girls (ages 8 & 11) to everything downtown Pensacola Beach has to offer. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Beautiful view of the gulf!
