With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of them en suite, spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen, private terrace with comfortable furniture and barbecue. Large swimming pool with comfortable steps to access shared with 2 other bungalows. Free wifi. Jacuzzi shared with 2 other bungalows.

Las Terracitas

Just returned from 4 weeks holiday. Santiago was lovely popping in frequently when cleaning pool etc. His wife also cleaned the house changing beds and towels every week. Very generous with their household supplies too. If I am honest the house is slightly tired and in need of a little updating but would not hesitate on recommending or returning.

Wundervolle Villa in toller Lage, bei der es an nichts fehlt

Wir waren Ende August mit 3 Kindern in dieser wundervollen Villa. Trotz Corona-Einschränkungen hat uns Santiago das Baden in dem tollen warmen Whirlpool ermöglicht. Natürlich konnte auch der Swimming-Pool praktisch jederzeit für ein erfrischendes Bad genutzt werden. Wir waren fast ständig auf der riesigen schönen Terrasse oder am/im Pool. Im Haus und auf der Terrasse hat es an nichts gefehlt: es war sogar alles verfügbar, was für einen schönen Grillabend benötigt wird. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet: von einer Spülmaschine über einen Toaster, Kaffee- und Espressomaschine bis zum Handmixer. Das Wohnzimmer ist äußerst geräumig und super (gemütlich) eingerichtet. Wenn es ein Problem / eine Frage gab, Santiago war immer sofort zur Stelle und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Eine wirklich wundervolle Villa mit allem Drum und Dran in super Lage mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Vermieter, die einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen ist. Vielen Dank für alles! Wenn wir wieder nach Lanzarote kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder hier hin!

Sehr schöne Villa in perfekter Lage

Wir sind mit fünf Personen angereist .Uns hat es in der Villa Las Terracitas super gefallen . Santiago ist ein toller Gastgeber . Er kümmert sich sehr gut um die Gäste . Die Villa befindet sich in einer abschließbaren Ferienhaussiedlung 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt von einem sehr schönen Strand . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen . Ein Auto ist also nicht nötig . Die Villa ist groß genug für sechs Personen . In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine gemütliche Couch und ein großer Flat-TV . Santiago hat sich um deutsche Fernsehprogramme für uns gekümmert obwohl das gar nicht nötig . Wir waren eigentlich immer draußen im Pool oder auf der schönen großen Terrasse . Wir werden ganz bestimmt irgendwann wieder kommen . Vielen Dank

De lo mejor que he visto en años

Lo primero dar la Gracias a Santiago por su amabilidad, su dedicación y preocupación por sus inquilinos de que todo esté bien. La ubicación es excelente ya que tienes todos los servicios a pie y a demás una magnífica playa. Recomiendo al 100% Y seguro q familiares y amigos irán allí.

Lovely villa

Lovely stay at this villa. Spacious and clean with fantastic outside areas to sit or lie and relax. Attentive owner who couldn’t have been friendlier. And the welcome box was superb-crisps, biscuits, wine , beer. Very generous and a lovely surprise. WiFi was a bit intermittent which affected the tv but that didn’t bother us. We would love to come again

Prima Kurzurlaub mit 5köpfiger Familie

Wir haben den Urlaub im Februar 2020 sehr genossen. Die Villa ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber vom sehr netten Vermieter, der uns oft besucht und unterstützt hat, liebevoll gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten. Die Vorteile auf einen Blick: Toller Pool (war für uns im Februar zwar zu kalt) und Whirlpool. Kleine, aber gepflegte, abgeschlossene Wohnanlage mit eigenem Pkw-Stellplatz. 2 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt und einigen netten Restaurants/Pubs. 10 Gehminuten zur Flaniermeile von Playa Blanca mit sehr vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Villa sicher wieder buchen.

January Winter Sun Away,

Santiago is a lovely owner host, speaks good English and is happy to help with anything that you may need, he even provided us with a Welcome Bag of Goodies to get us started !! The property is a great sized 3 Bed / 2 Shower room property with large lounge & fitted with WiFi, full UK TV inc. all sport channels leading to a walled private garden with 2 large sitting areas and shared pool & Jacuzzi with 2 other villas. The kitchen has everything you need inc. dishwasher, cooker, large fridge freezer & coffee machine with washing machine & laundry courtyard. All bedding & towels & beach towels were supplied and changed after 7 days when Santiago & his wife do a full clean of the villa which was great. The villa is also fitted with a safe, fully alarmed & is part of a gated community. The location is brilliant, you don't need a car as supermarket/ shops / bars are within 100 meters, access to Playa Blanca & Flamingo Beach via the promenarde is only minutes away & the beaches are lovely. The Ferry port is also only 5 minutes walk away and is currently being redeveloped which can be a little noisy at times but certainly not anything to disrupt the holiday. Santiago is due to start some cosmetic improvements which will benefit the general look of the property & the pool / garden areas. The evenings at this time of year can be chilli & the days are wonderfully warm and well worth the 4 hour flight & 35 minute transfer by cab @ 40 Euros !!

Excellent

We stayed in villa 28 with 2 small kids and loved it. Santiago was very nice and looked after us very well during our stay. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning in the near future.

Estancia muy agradable

El alojamiento tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Es muy amplio y cómodo. El proceso de registro y la atención del anfitrión es excelente. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y ademas fue muy detallista. La parte exterior de la terraza es muy agradable también. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por todo.

Good location, friendly and helpful host but property would benefit from a makeover.

Villa location excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with its town beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Santiago was very friendly, responsive and generous with little gifts of wine etc. The villa was a little ’dated’ and would benefit from a makeover but was clean and quite acceptable. The shared pool and jacuzzi looked nice but were both too cold to use as much as we would have liked.

Lovely family villa

Santi and Pam were great. We were 2 couples and 2 children sharing number 28. Everything we needed was there, and santi was about if your needed him. We'll be back.

Late October holiday

Really enjoyed our 12 days in Playa Blanca at Santiago's Villa. Great location, 5 / 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants in the town centre and only 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants in Playa Flamingo. Pool was great, warm enough to swim in right up to the end of our stay on November the 2nd. Easy access to / from the Airport via the 161 public bus. Santiago was a great host and provided a great welcome pack.

Idyllic......

We had a perfect 13 days in this villa. Everything was lovely, very clean, well stocked with crockery and towels, TV with every sports channel you could think of. Santiago is a very attentive host, he is around most days, and takes great care of the pool. We look forward to staying in this villa again.

Lovely traditional style villa and modern inside. Full Sky TV package and WiFi available. The villa could do with a fan in each room as it was very hot inside. The villa pool and jacuzzi was well maintained and Santiago was very very pleasant. He even brought a welcome pack of 4 bottles of wine , pack of lagers and crisp and chocs for the kids. A well mainrained villa and great location to playa flamingo beach 5mins walk away and 2 mins to local Spar Supermarket. Thanks Santiago for your hospitality.

Family holiday

We had 2 villas next to each other with shared pool brilliant to go on holiday with family but not be to close to each other you have your own time, Santiago who owns the villas was so nice and accommodating would return with family

Definitely worth the money

Having just returned from 10 days, staying in number 28, I am happy to say I would easily recommend this property. Santiago goes out his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From providing coffee pods for the coffee machine, English tv with Sky to beach towels. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is fantastic being 5 mins stroll into Playa Blanca one way and 5 mins to the beach the other way. I am so very pleased I found this place. I will be returning soon.

Nine day family holiday 11 to 20 June

Stayed in No 28. Our party consisted of six adults and our seven month old Granddaughter. The property was exactly what we required and is as represented on the Website. It was clean, well equipped and had the use of a really good sized swimming pool. The pool is for three villas but for the majority of the stay we had sole use. Towels are provided for both bath and pool use. A high chair and cot was provided together with bedding at no extra cost. The kitchen area is a tad lacking in work space surfaces but was fine for preparing food for the outside BBQ. I have to give special mention first of all to Pam who handled our on line booking and was so helpful when we needed to contact her. Secondly the owner Santiago who was a star. He was available at all times and when we had a small problem with the hot water he arrived within ten minutes and rectified it. He also brought a basket of goodies for us (wine,beer,snacks etc) and was around for a chat whilst doing general upkeep of the properties. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet family holiday and would have no hesitation of booking to stay in the villa again. Thanks Santiago ! Lovely Villa in perfect location

Had a great holiday at this villa, would definitely come back. Santiago very helpful and brought us wine, beer and a selection of nibbles, which was a very nice gesture. Villa had everything you could need for a great holiday, and so close to all the amenities.

Perfect Location - Great Hosts

We ( senior couple) stayed for 11 nights at no.28. The booking procedure and communication with the hosts was seamless. The villa is ideally located for shops, restaurants, beaches etc. It is comfortable, well equipped and sizeable. Perhaps needs some updating, but I understand that is imminent. The pool is large, but not really useable in the winter months. Jacuzzi is useable but not really a ‘hot tub’. The hosts Santi and Beatrice are lovely people and always available. In summary, this rental is good value for money and I can recommend it.

Great villa, great location

Booking and gaining information was so easy, Pam and Santiago were brilliant. Upon arrival we were met by Santiago who was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, he was always available and nothing was too much trouble; brilliant host. The villa had everything we needed, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, wifi good and the pool whilst chilly was kept spotless. Location was superb, 2 minutes walk to nearest spar and a selection of cafes and bars. Main strip no more than 5 minutes walk. Previous reviews have mentioned Santiargo's pizzas I can only concur they are gorgeous. Enjoyed our stay and will be looking to come back soon. Thank you.

Fab location, Villa Spot on and wonderful Host Santiago!!

A great experience from booking to leaving! The villa is in a great location, quiet , but short stroll in either direction to plenty of bars shops restaurants. 2 mins from supermarket and local bars too! Santiago is the perfect host, always on hand, provided an unexpected welcome drinks and snacks, and also his Pizzas we’re to die for! Villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with all you could need, plenty of outdoor space,,hot tub a bonus, and though shared with neighbours, you never know they are there, as seperate drive/ entrance etc. Would definitely recommend and will Definately visit again.
