The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi.

It has capacity for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment. It has satellite television with channels as CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, ITV1, ITV3, BBC1 WALES, BBC2 WALES, CNN, CNBC, SONLIFE, BLOOMBERG and BBC WORLD NEWS.

The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both have free access for our clients.

I was not impressed by Calpe, as it is very big and busy, but the apartment was brilliant. The beach was nearby and very nice, and a few nice restaurants within walking distance, as were a couple of great supermarkets. The apartment was spacious, and the balcony huge. We stayed there for a cycling holiday and the apartment was perfect for that.

Nice appartement , everything was very clean and the kithen was very complete

The terrace was great, nice beds en the whole day sun We stayed 9 days and maybe you can give new towels and sheets the 4th day instead the 7th day?? And a new pan to cook??

Regarding the towels and sheets, we usually change them on the 7th day as mentioned, but we can certainly arrange for an earlier change if needed. Zicht op zee (niet te veel lawaai) en een goede service als er iets ontbreekt in de keuken (pannen ) bij het inchecken, kort na het melden werden ze ons bezorgd . Ook een veilige parking en het appartementsblok dagelijks proper gemaakt . Vriendelijk personeel Een anti slip mat in douche misschien.

Todo genial, repetiremos.

La ubicación es perfecta y toda la logística y comunicación esta muy bien organizada. Los servicios del apartamento están fenomenal y tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Los extractores y la ventilación del baño no funcionan bien. En el baño huele a comida cuando cocinan en otro apartamento. Estuvo oliendo a gambas todo un día. La alcachofa de la ducha está para cambiarla, tiene mucha cal. La cuestión del uso de la mascarilla por algunos inquilinos también es mejorable, quizá con más insistencia en carteleria y señaletica. En particular la gente extranjera es poco respetuosa con esto en interiores y el ascensor.

goed gelegen fijn appartement

Het appartement is goed gelegen. Je hebt heel mooi zicht links de zee en rechts het zoutmeer. Heel groot terras. Was heel fijn dat we er al vroeg in konden daar we reeds om 10u15 in Calpe waren doordat we een vroege vlucht moeten nemen. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Heel fijn dat we ook Belgische tv konden kijken. Het verwarmde zwembad is super. De kussens van de sofa verschoven telkens, de kleine zetel was niet echt comfortabel om lang in te zitten. Airco maakt veel lawaai. 2 vouwzeteltjes voor het strand zou ook fijn zijn. Het buitenzwembad is heel mooi maar heel koud. Misschien beetje verwarmen met zonnepaneel ?

Vacaciones de ensueño.

Nos a encantado el apartamento es muy acogedor y esta en una ubicacion maravillosa. Tambien decir que el complejo en si es una pasada esta todo de revista. El personal de la oficina SUPER AMABLE. RECOMENDABLE 100% El.menaje de cocina sobre todo los cubiertos y mas concretamemte cuchillos.

Edificio de primera calidad, bien conservado y excelente situación.

Me ha gustado la situación, el edificio en general, la piscina y el garaje. Buen acceso para entrar y salir de Calpe con rapidez. Apartamento bien conservado. El sofá del 36B estaba completado con cojines de otro. Un detalle que empañaba un buen apartamento como este.
