Elegant and bright newly renovated apartment located on the fourth floor of a residential building with lift. The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. All rooms have Air Conditioning and Wi Fi. From the two bedrooms' windows you can admire a glimpse of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral.

Tourist Tax € 6 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

Late check-in fee after 8:00 PM€ 25

Would have liked to known that the sitting room was outside of the apt, so we didnt know if we should use since it was a common area to 2 other apts. Bedrooms, bath and kitchen were a great space.

Beautiful Roma

The property was half hotel half condos, the building was a little dated, especially the elevator. But it all worked, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cozy apartment in a good location! Elevator accessible, coffee shops and mini-markets nearby. Close to bus stops and pretty central to all tourist areas. Would stay again!

Great location in Rome w/air conditioning

Convenient 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment centrally located across from the Opera house, within 20-minute walk of almost every major destination. Comfortable beds and full kitchen with small washing machine. Elevator available. Only downside is lack of anywhere to gather except the breakfast table in the kitchen. Must meet the property manager to get your keys, but they are super responsive.

April in Rome

Now let me start off that I don't consider anyplace as perfect. The good points: It was very clean & comfortable. It was safe & secure. The location was excellent for us. My wife and adult son. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, banks and grocery stores nearby. Midway between two metro stops. Easy to get around. It had a lot of character. Things that could be improved: We stayed for 5 days. Only received 3 towels. A couple of more would have been great. One roll of toilet tissue per person. Had to run over to the grocery and buy a four pack. Maybe because I drank too much of the Roman tap water. Overall, I would recommend the apartment. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Rome

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 for our first visit to Rome. It is centrally located to many of the historical sites (Coliseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the metro. We stayed here 4 nights. There are several highly rated restaurants and a small market nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice place

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Very good with some tips

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruim en schoon appartement. Makkelijk te vinden. Op loopafstand van station Rome Termini. Op loopafstand van veel attracties. Vlakbij kleine supermarkt. Aandachtspunt: we vonden de vloer in de douche van de kleine badkamer erg glad, waterafvoer erg traag. Trede in de grote badkamer zou wat ons betreft beter zichtbaar moeten zijn. Louncheruimte is buiten het appartement en was zeer rokerig.

Two days in Rome

Very nice and private apartment. We were two couples traveling together and we appreciated having two bathrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Lots of places to eat and sites within walking distance.

Great apartment, great location

Our group of two couples spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was exactly as described. Safe area, great location for restaurants and cafes, and to walk to tourist activities. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with large showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Giovangiorgio greeted us. He was very friendly and helpful. Communicated via WhatsApp upon our arrival at the airport. Good Location, Walking distance to many attractions and metro, bus,.. No towel racks in bathrooms. No livingroom Clean Nice, thick large bath towels Firm comfy beds Very friendly and responsive Very good location Go to address, you’ll see Sonya Hotel.
