Villa Conchas is a spacious beach villa with a great sea view, large private pool and lawned garden! This 7 bedroom villa is located in Armacao de Pera within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars, whilst the shops are a little further. There is living accommodation on both floors making it ideal for groups or larger families. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
This well positioned villa is located in a small residential area on the outskirts of Armacao de Pera and is only a short walk to the long sandy beach. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife here to enjoy. If you wish to get even more out of your holiday, it's also within easy reach of golf facilities, leisure attractions, and lovely beaches with a choice of watersports. What's not to love?
Main pool: 12 x 5 mtr, 1.2 - 2.1 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. 50% reduction from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
