No air conditioning and cleaning didnt happen

Every room had a fan it was very hot i bought 3 additional fans but the property list air conditioning as an amenity. I was told cleaning was going to happen it did not they came after being there 5 days to bring towels. No cleaning no mopping nothing. The house was spacious for the family size. However some of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The property manager was very responsive andbrought over a free standing air conditioner for the common space.

Hi, there is only air conditioning in 1 bedroom. We uploaded the villa in Dutch and VRBO is translating the add automatically, but on the UK website, it's not clear that there is aircon only in 1 bedroom. I'm sorry for this.

Prachtig huis
