Villa Montefile has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all of them with double beds and balconies. Also, it has An airconditioned bedroom with a single bed and a window. One of the double bedded bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower and has a flat-screen TV. There are two bathrooms in total, with showers as well as a WC. All areas of the villa are fully airconditioned. Also, there’s an open-plan huge kitchen which is fully equipped and suitable for any meal preparation. In the same area, you will find the sitting area of the kitchen along with an incredibly cozy living room in bright tones. There’s a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. There’s an entrance that leads to two houses that belong to one property. As you face the property from the entrance, Villa Montefile is on the left. Outdoors, there’s the wonderful private swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi with sunbeds where you can relax and work on your tan under the rays of the Aegean Sun. Of course, the beach is right about a 6-minute drive from the house so you can easily spend your time there. Also, there’s an outdoor furnished area and a BBQ installation along with a sitting area to enjoy a gathering with your friends or family under the starry sky!
