Del Parque Flats The Jewel of Malaga:
The Malagueta neighborhood is the most sought-after in the city of Malaga. This stately neighborhood, full of life and with a multitude of restaurants, cafes and neighborhood shops, makes a visit to Malaga from such a privileged location available to only a few.

The apartment that is located on the beachfront, with a terrace and two bedrooms overlooking the sea, is the perfect place to spend a vacation, make a getaway to get to know the city or practice water sports in the summer season.

Malagueta beach is the best-known beach in the city, with fine sand, wide and full of beach bars and restaurants.

This Jewel of Malaga is 3 minutes from Muelle Uno, a space in the Port of Malaga, where you can enjoy walks, see boats, go to restaurants or bars and with a magnificent nightlife, as well as where the Pompidú Museum is located. Likewise, just 15 minutes away, walking through Muelle Uno, you will reach Calle Larios, the main street of the city, from where you can visit the Cathedral of Malaga, La Alcazaba, the Thyssen Museum or the Picasso Museum, as well as also enjoy the gastronomy of the city.

In this Jewel of Malaga you can rest, enjoy or work, facing the sea, in a city with more than 330 days of sunshine and where temperatures are always pleasant. The location of this Jewel makes it unnecessary to use the car, but if you wish, within a radius of 500 meters, it has 3 public car parks, as well as many paid parking spaces on the street.







The Del Parque Flats La Joya apartment in Malaga is located in the Malagueta neighborhood, in front of the Malagueta Beach. They must contact the company, to make their check-in at least 48 hours in advance, to indicate how to access.

Parties are strictly forbidden. It is also a building where there is established a rest schedule, where loud noises cannot be made, from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Perfect location

Bliss by the beach

The apartment is hard to beat. Close to the beach (you have a full unobstructed view from living room and deck). Bed rooms are great and comfortable. Functional kitchen. Overall location is perfect. Short walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and old town. Beach boardwalk runs right in front of the apartment. Great, great value.

Two day stay - disappointing!

Location great but apartment was disappointing! Not even a bottle of water left and the coffee machine had the wrong pods! Didn’t get in until 4:00pm despite what I thought was an agreement to access by midday but unfortunately the previous guests were still there as they had agreement to stay in after their check out time! Location great though!

Do not stay here!

Fantastic location with beautiful views but the apartment and amenities are awful. Dirty. Broken furniture. Horrible washing machine. Mouldy shower. Horribly loud construction noise next door which should have been compensated for. No dishwasher soap. No dish towels. Malaga is so beautiful—you deserve better! Such a shame. Could have been a great apartment with better care.

It is a disgrace that such unfair comments can be allowed, and that they are only provoked because they have had noise from a construction site nearby, which is completely beyond our control and we have not been able to do anything about it. We hope that Google and its users will ignore these fraudulent comments.

La joya de Malaga

Appartement propre et bien situé. Bien rénové mais aucune décoration. À notre arrivée nous avons dû aller chercher les clés au centre-ville. Habituellement quand on loue sur VRBO les appartements ont des restants tels savon à vaisselle, à lessive, etc. Là, il n’y avait rien d’autres que du papier de toilette et du sel et du poivre. Il a fallu acheter épices, huile, savon à vaisselle,à lessive, pour laver la douche, dés guenilles, etc Donc déception à cet égard. Par contre , l’appartement est formidable pour sa localisation.

Perfect Location!

This apartment is simple but if location is important to you this is the place to be. It is convenient to the city, all the restaurants, sights, and the beach is steps away. The customer service from the Administration was perfect. There was a slight communication slip up and we were at the apartment instead of the office but she was quick to come to us and handle everything at the apartment. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
