Elegant, finely furnished apartment in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. In a few minutes on foot you can reach all the main attractions of Rome (Trastevere, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, etc.) The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with various bus lines and metro near the house that allow you to move comfortably both on foot and using public transport.

The apartment consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO and SKY, a large bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and Nespresso machine, a bedroom double bed with another Smart TV (NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO and SKY included). In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glazing for greater sound insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.

Wonderful apartment with everything you need and very clean. The location is excellent right next to the Popolo. The communication with the hosts has been so helpful and they have arranged transfers as well. I can’t recommend this apartment and company more. The lift to the apartment is especially helpful for luggage and less able people

Comfortable and convenient place

Had a comfortable stay. Place was clean and owner was very responsive. We wanted extra blanket and she arranged for it .apartment had a good location, close to metro station and restaurants.

Great Stay in Rome

Perfect location in center of Rome, plenty of nearby dining options, nicely equipped kitchen for breakfast at home, everything was as advertised. Not fancy, but everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Clean and perfect location!

We loved this apartment. Clean and bright. An amazing location, we could pop out the door and get morning coffee drinks and pastry, and then walk the city to wherever we needed to go. We are 2 adults (parents) and 1 teen. The bed for the adults was comfortable. But our teen had to sleep on the pull out couch that was not very comfortable. So we used the couch cushions to pile on top of the couch mattress, and that made it much better.

Perfect weekend stay in a stunning location

Relaxing weekend stay in a perfect location with a really well organised check-in process. Very secure and clean. Exactly what we were after for our short stay in Rome. Highly recommended!

Location, location

In Rome you want to be near the center of it all with the ability to walk everywhere. From the Spanish Steps to Trevi Fountain this location is perfect. Apt is well appointed and Marco was wonderful. This location will not disappoint.

Great apartment, great location

Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and were really happy we made this choice. It's located just a few steps from a great piazza, a metro station and places to eat or get gelato. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere (around a mile to most things), and had a convenient Metro stop for ones we couldn't. Even though it's on a main street, it's relatively quiet, and we had no trouble with noise. We had one hiccup with a key (outer door lock is fiddly), and the host had someone bring us a new one very quickly. All in all, this apartment made our trip to Rome a great one!

Great experience

We had a very good experience with this flat. Communication was very easy with Paulo. She met us as we arrived at the flat. The pictures are accurate for the flat. The ceilings are high than expected and it felt spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Maybe the best in 12 trips to Italy. The location was good by piazza del popolo. Close to metro and many cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this flat.

Location Location

Great location for a stay in Rome! Very easy to get to by taxi, metro nearby but we walked everywhere. Taxi stand was around the corner. The square is beautiful! Restaurant right next to the apartment is so good. Pizza place across the street is amazing too. Great food throughout the city! 30 min ride to the airport. About 15-20 min ride from the main train station. There is a lift in the building we used for our luggage. One flight of stairs up to the apartment. Very comfortable and open apartment. We did laundry two times and dried it by hanging up within the apartment. Left the windows open to get fresh air. It was a nice place. Will try to come back some other time!

Cute apartment; great location

It was nice to have Greeter Constantine (sweetheart) show us around the unit. The apartment was very clean with the exception of the sofa cushions, which could use some attention. We loved the location and walked everywhere...the Vatican walk was a bit taxing but we felt safe everywhere we walked. We did have an issue with lack of hot water on the first night but Constantine was there quickly and remedied the problem which didn't act-up again for the rest of the stay. The building's exterior entry doors from sidewalk had an issue with the latch not catching thus lots of door slamming attempts (which was just below the unit) so perhaps the bldg mgr could address this issue. There is a washing machine but we were told it wasn't a combo washer/dryer so we didn't use it as we didn't think our wet clothes would dry. There isn't a lot of kitchen counter space but there is a range and microwave (no dishwasher) so, while small, it was functional. The floor and bathroom surfaces were nice without a lot of dirty rugs everywhere (yea!). Housekeeper had all the floors/surfaces shiny and clean when we arrived. Unit is up one floor but there is a small elevator. Bedroom is small but you can get around the bed on each side. The motorized black-out window shades were nice. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for cleanliness and location. (FYI: Was on hold for about 45 min trying to get a taxi the morning of departure; try getting a taxi at queue at nearby Piazza del Popolo)

Chic et bien situé

La location est située près de la place Popolo très animée et dans un quartier assez chic. Le métro est à 3 minutes à pied. On peut choisir de visiter Rome à pied en bus ou en métro. Dans la rue bonne pizzeria et petite épicerie.
