Casa Nido, modern and comfortable villa with private pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain. The villa is located in a coastal, residential and mountainous area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, induction hub, microwave, Nespresso, wine cooler and coctail bar.
El fresco dining and barbecue. Kidney shaped pool with outside shower.
A large garden completes the villa.
The master bedroom has view to the sea and a king size bed.
Another large bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom has a comfortable fold out sofa bed, 140 x 200.
A round dining table with six dining chairs, a plush living room with a 50" smart TV and fire place.
All the bedrooms and the living room have air condition (cooling and heating).
For colder periods there is underfloor heating throughout the house.
