What a perfect villa. It has a great layout with 3 good size double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with an aircon unit that kept the whole place cool. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of loungers and a nice shaded area as well. We had a perfect holiday and the host was lovely, on hand for any issues/questions, and was very helpful and easy to deal with. Moraira is a great town with a lovely beach and lots of bar/restaurant options. We will be back again.

I will start with positive. Good location and property the right size and plenty of parking. However when you go to do your shopping for your self catering stay you will need to purchase, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, bin bags, olive oil, condiments as there is literally nothing left for guests. The swimming pool was a good size however a significant amount of missing and loose tiles that we were not told about in advance and we were informed by the pool cleaner that owner knew about but was not doing anything. We had booked the villa to allow us to have our son and grandchildren over who we visit yearly and is the only opportunity we get to see them however be aware if you want visitors this is not the property for you.

Respecto a los comentarios realizados, nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos para que la información sea precisa para futuros huéspedes. La vivienda se ofrece como alojamiento vacacional de autoservicio y, tal como se especifica en las condiciones del alojamiento, los huéspedes deben prever sus propios productos de consumo. Por este motivo, no se garantiza el suministro de productos como papel higiénico, papel de cocina, bolsas de basura, aceite o condimentos durante toda la estancia. En cuanto a la piscina, somos conscientes de que algunas piezas del revestimiento necesita mantenimiento y estamos trabajando para solucionarlo. La piscina se mantiene periódicamente y, en todo momento, se procura garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y limpieza. Las reparaciones y trabajos de mantenimiento necesarios en el revestimiento están previsto para realizarse al finalizar la temporada de verano. También es importante señalar que el número de personas que utilizan la piscina influye directamente en su mantenimiento. Respecto a las visitas, la limitación del nº de personas que pueden utilizar la vivienda, la reserva se hizo para un nº de determinado de huéspedes y las condiciones del alojamiento establecen claramente que no está permitido alojar o recibir personas adicionales.Tampoco hacer fiestas o eventos. ...

Delightful Home in Moriara in a residential area called La Sabatera. Wonderful pool and good air conditioning. Comfortable 2 double rooms and one room with twin beds. Good beds. We were travelling with a 14 year old so activities essential. Gracious hosts- we locked ourselves out and they arrived in moments to let us back in. Excellent location with lots of fantastic local restaurant and a short car trip into town. Recommend Local - Panpan JamonJamon & Brevis for wonderful food and paella. Played golf,padel,pickleball locally, race track for gocarting. We ate at a different restaurant every night in the old and new parts of town. Don’t miss Aquaventure Waterpark near Alicante . Moraira has so many gorgeous restaurants and boutique shopping. Supermarket food is excellent. Beaches are delightful early but as expected in Auguat very busy in the middle of the day. Don’t miss La portet beach in the late afternoon. Restaurants on Spanish Steps offer wonderful fish. A lovely week away.

Lovely pool area

The pool area of the villa is gorgeous. The pool is big and there is plenty of space to sunbathe. At times during our stay there were some thunder storms and this made the temperature dip. This made it quite cold in the evenings inside the villa. There were spare blankets we found in the wardrobes which helped. This is nothing wrong with the villa but something to take into consideration if you go earlier in the summer season (we went in May). A car is essential at the villa. Supermarkets are around 5 minutes away, the centre of Moraira will take around 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes to ElPortet. The villa is very good for the price and there were no hidden costs.

Excellent séjour !

les hôtes sont souriants et très gentils. La villa est mieux et plus grand que sur les photos. La piscine est top. Il y a pleins d'endroits autour de la villa pour se reposer, prendre un apéro ou manger. La region est top et les axes routièrs sont nombreux pour rejpindre les multiples plages et les grandes villes comme Alicante, Benidorm ou Valence. On a passé 6 nuits mais c'est trop court! On se sent chez soi dès la première heure. J'y reviendrais sans hésiter et je recommande ces hôtes et leur villa. La

Une propriété fabuleuse pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis . La maison et la piscine sont très soignées . La propriétaire est d’une très grande gentillesse. Je conseil à 100 % cette propriété pour des futurs vacances . Encore un grand Merci à Elena .

Hemos estado una semana en familia con personas mayores y niños,todos hemos disfrutado de la piscina,tardes de pin-pon. La dueña de la casa es super amable y atenta.Hay supermecardos muy cerca y la playa a 7min en coche con un parking hratuito a pie de playa.

Pleasant stay

We had a great 2 weeks. The location was perfect with a short drive to Moraira and some other great towns and villages. The property was nice, it is a little rough around the edges but it didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. We spend a lot of time in the pool which we all enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

La estancia en la villa ha sido excelente, el alojamiento dispone de todo lo necesario y está decorado con todo tipo de detalles, lo cuál lo hace más acogedor. Es una zona tranquila con lo cuál puedes disfrutar de tus vacaciones. También quiero destacar el trato de los propietarios, son muy amables y están siempre a tu disposición por si necesitas algo. Sin duda es una experiencia que volvería a repetir.

Lovely Villa

A very nice villa, very clean and practical, we had a fantastic stay at this lovely holiday home. We were met by the owner Elena on our arrival and we were shown all around and everything was explained about our stay, we were told that we could contact her at anytime if there was anything we needed, she was very helpful and a lovely lady. The villa has a beautiful and private garden with a lovely clean pool which all the family had fun in, also a great under cover terrace for outdoor dining which we made good use of. The villa is situated fairly close to some amenities ie: supermarket, shop, restaurant but really you do need a car but it only takes 5-10 minutes in the car to the town centre of Moraira and lovely beach. A very pleasant holiday had by all, we would certainly go back again.

We loved the villa. The garden is large and private and the property is well equipped and clean. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition but otherwise we had everything we needed.The owner met us at the villa and was very helpful.

An excellent venue for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday

Our stay at Vinyes Verde was a very pleasant and relaxing one. The villa is nicely finished and well furnished inside and out, with plenty of opportunity to get both sun and shade pretty well throughout daylight hours. The pool is surrounded by a tiled patio linking it to both the villa and the covered eating / seating area which we made good use of during our holiday. The relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by a well thought out planting regime in the garden – lots of green but with many specimens providing points of interest and colour. About the only thing missing from a fully fitted kitchen is a dishwasher so the double sink is useful, but the absence of plug in the sink made the exercise a little more challenging. The villa’s location is reasonably close to supermarkets, a filling station with car wash and a range of other shops, and the town of Moraira with its facilities, restaurants and beaches is just a little further away by car. (A car is really a necessity for this location and that is catered for with a three-car gated driveway to the property). Arrival was greeted by Elena, the owner, who was very helpful and very ably assisted by a translator app. to ensure proper understanding of our English and pigeon-Spanish. Carrer Mostoles is a feeder road for quite a considerable urbanisation and we were therefore pleasantly surprised that neither traffic volume nor noise was particularly noticeable during our stay. So the property and its owners get a “thumbs up”. There had been a little confusion at the outset with our booking but that turned out to be related to HomeAway and not the owners. Although this is the sixth venue we have obtained through the site it is the first time we have booked since Expedia became involved, and their introduction of a charge to the traveller. Detail of their charges are vague to say the least and even trawling through the Terms and Conditions does not really clarify. In our case the fact that their 120 Euro fee coincided with the owners’ 120 Euro charge for laundering and final clean made it even more confusing. Frankly I do not think their charge represents value for money. We did communicate extensively with the owner prior to departure through the HomeAway site – but that was because of the way HomeAway organised it, not through necessity. I am not at all sure I will use their services again and will be contacting Which? to check how typical this lack of transparency as to charges is within the industry.

A fantastic place to stay at - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This place is an absolute gem. The villa is very homely and comfortable with everything that you would hope for, including a full kitchen, washing machine, etc. The outside garden and pool area is simply stunning and very private, with sun all day, but with shaded bits to get out of it. There is a fantastic outdoor dining area, with BBQ's etc. Elena was fantastic to deal with - a really lovely lady. Moraira is a 5 minute drive away and is a really lovely place. We will certainly go again.
