The exterior of "Can Caldero" will surprise you, it has a large porch equipped with high quality outdoor furniture, here you can uncork a bottle of wine and dine on fresh local produce while contemplating the pool illuminated at night, if you want to drink a Can Coleto wine you can do it here.



The large terrace that surrounds the 5 x 3-metre-wide pool invites you to sunbathe on the perfectly placed sun loungers, dry off as soon as you get out of the pool, read a good book and have a refreshing drink while you relax on this magnificent holiday that you so richly deserve.



The interior of the villa follows the same good taste as the exterior, from the terrace you can access the kitchen through a light sliding door, you will appreciate the high quality atmosphere of the furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and many other extras.

The living room is located next to the kitchen, where a large chocolate coloured sofa with the big internet TV will make your naps even more pleasant. By the way, the internet has plenty of megabytes, so no one can complain!

Climbing the stairs, you can access the bedrooms located in the upper part of the house, three of them with double beds and one with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are fully equipped and complete.

The house is only 500m from the sea, but it is a cliff area. The Arenal beach is about 7 km away.



The centre of Palma, where you can go shopping, eat, stroll or visit the cathedral of La Seu, the Bellver Castle or the Marivent Palace, is about 22 km away.



The house belongs to Llucmajor, situated 17 Km away, a charming and traditional village in the south of Mallorca. You will find shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants where you can taste the authentic Majorcan cuisine. To the southeast, you will find the charming beach of Cala Pi, with crystal clear turquoise waters and surrounded by spectacular cliffs. Further south you will find the beaches of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. A car is necessary to get around.
