The place was beautiful, just like in the pictures. It had everything we needed and more. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that the main hall of the house and the living room have camera surveillance systems, so you won’t be having total intimacy while staying there. Other than that, I recomment the place if you want to try out a different experience.

This finca is wonderful. It is a house full of stories and where you feel like a local. It had enough space for our group and it was just beautiful to walk around and spend time with our family. The owner was kind to wait for us very late at night for our checkin and show us the place. They had prepared a nice welcome surprise. It is close to Palma and you can visit beaches or towns all around the island. The pool was a nice addition and we spent there every evening. Very recommended if you would like to experience living in a mediterranean Spanish house.

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Die Kommunikation und auch die Hilfe, die man hier und da brauchte, wurde umgehend bearbeitet. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und auch die schöne Finca, die Homerti im Angebot hat. Die war nämlich großartig.

Hola an alle die Urlaub mit Ruhe genießen wollen! Hier handelt es sich um eine besondere Finca - mallorquín rústica - wir hatten alles was für eine Woche nötig war - wer die absolute Ruhe, abseits des Tourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Schöne Zimmer mit Bad und genug Platz für alle! Wir haben es sehr genossen und vergeben deshalb 5 Sterne ❤️❤️ und das aus ganzem Herzen! Meckern wäre hier auf sehr hohem Niveau! Muchas gracias y saludos ♥️❤️♥️

Traumhaft & Entspannung pur

Urlaub als würde man auf Mallorca leben :) Ruhe und Entspannung, wohlfühlen und genießen und in wenigen Minuten im bunten Treiben der Playa. Das nächste Mal definitiv länger als eine Woche!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Finca und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein großes mallorquinisches Gelände, ein toller Pool, eine gute Ausstattung und ein toller Service von Homerti for Families. Man hört die Straße und die Autos zu den Stoßzeiten, aber das hat uns wenig gestört.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super.

Trotz der Lage zur Autobahn war es wirklich ruhig. Verkehrslärm war kaum zu hören. Tolle alte rustikale Finka mit tollem Außenbereich (Garten, Pool etc). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Lage der Finka war für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Durch die gute Anbindung war man in kürzester Zeit in alle Richtungen (Einkaufen, Strand, Palma etc.) Die Kommunikation mit Homerti war ebenfalls perfekt. Auf E-Mail Anfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und um Probleme wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Perfekte Finca

Wir haben mit insgesamt 6 Personen und 1 Baby unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Finca genossen. Es war alles perfekt. Miguel hat sich perfekt gekümmert. Es war sauber und ruhig. Wir kommen wieder und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke schön.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Wunderbare Finca. Riesiges Grundstück. Super Lage. Keine Beeinträchtigung durch die Nähe zur Autobahn. Nur 20 Minuten nach Palma. Mega gepflegter Pool. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Nur zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
