This meticulously maintained property is minutes away from local stores, 8 miles to beautiful Cocoa Beach, 11 miles to Port Canaveral, 15 miles to Kennedy Space Center, and 1 hr drive to iconic Disneyworld & Universal Studios!

We've stocked the house with almost every foreseeable amenity so you won't have to pack them in your luggage! For instance: handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, toilet paper, shower towels, hand towels, beach/pool towels, board games, lawn games, pool floaties, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, portable wagon, ice coolers, coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, hot chocolate, etc.

Excellent accommodation, location, facilities and management

5 stayed at the property. Myself, wife, daughter (8) and grandparents for a summer holiday. We spent time in the pool, at the beach and a number of trips to Disney. The accommodation was as described - clean, spacious, well-equipped and well-managed. The property has all the cooking equipment necessary (and then some!), plus more than enough bedding and towels - great for a 2 week stay. The host has thought of everything - in the garage there is a huge amount of beach equipment which made our visits incredibly easy! Of particular note was the pool - large, well-equipped, warm and clean. The netting surrounding it was great at keeping out the bugs which added to the experience. The location is excellent - a quiet street, close to shops/restaurants and the beach with superb transport links to Orlando and the parks. The host was communicative and responsive and accommodating to our needs. Thank you Nathan! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and the host.

Great House

This was a great house for our stay. We had our kids in School of Surf on Cocoa Beach, and this house was perfectmfor us to work in, play in, and relax in. Would stay again!

Great home away from home.

Everything was great. Even had condiments there which helped a lot. The only thing wrong was there were only four washcloths but I'm sure the owner will get more when he knows it. Would stay there again if wanting to stay in Florida.

March Break 2023

We had a delightful stay in your Florida home. Your place is delightful inside and out. Pool was lovely. Nice temp and screening was perfect for my elder grandson who is allergic to hornet stings. Perfect spa! Lots of pool floats added to everyone's fun. Two of them have slow leaks. The brownish one and blue one. Excellent equipment for the beach. Chairs, towels, toys, blanket, cooler and beach cart. Lots of TV's but only used the outside one. We mostly used that for pool music. Outside eating and lounge area was like heaven. We spent most of our time out there. Mattresses on king bed was perfect for my husband and I; we like memory foam. I did not ask the kids about theirs but no complaints. Our master shower was great and nice to have pumps with conditioner, shampoo and body wash. So glad to see the Sodastream. I have one at home and use all the time. Well equipped kitchen. Great not to have to buy sugar, salt, pepper and spices. Nice quiet location but near to all amenities. Entry was easy and secure. BBQ pit, chairs and outside games an added bonus in backyard grass area. We however, did not use. The entire property inside and out was spotless! The bamboo trees and back of property provided a lovely symphony in the breeze!!!! Backyard very private. Fans inside and out kept as cool without using AC. The only negative I noted was the extremely slippery tiled floor area next to pool. Fine if it was dry but quite dangerous if wet. All I can think of for now!!!! Thanks again.

Perfect house great location

This house was perfect. They had everything we needed for our stay! Tons of towels for the pool, and indoors. Tons of spices in the cabinet. Beds were super comfy. House was in a great location to many sites. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay on Merritt Island!

We loved this property! Stayed here for a week while my daughter did space camp at Kennedy Space Center. It's an easy 20 min drive to Kennedy Space Center and centered well so we could explore Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, and go south as well. The pool was amazing and the outdoor set up was great. Loved the smart TVs in all the rooms and the kitchen has everything we needed. Nathan was great at communicating and we would definitely stay here again.

Vacation Life

The owner was great to communicate with during our entire stay. When we arrived the place was very clean and smartly decorated and it was beyond our expectations. The added touches of a gift bag, and all the necessities of home were already there. Shampoos, soaps, towels, beach towels, even some snacks! The comfortable, quiet and secluded outdoor space with a heated pool, is where we spend most of our time. Shopping, cocoa beach, Kennedy Space Center and many other local attractions are very close by, that is if you can leave the comforts of this fabulous home! We will certainly return!
