I really wanted to like this place. Pool was nice. Living space was nice and master bed comfortable. It was a lot more rural than we expected. Dirt road and Lots of wooded areas. Property needs a lot of TLC. Front and back doors were not 100% secure. Front door had about 1/2 inch gap at threshold making the deadbolt just latch plus little critters could just crawl in. Back slider locked but rod used for extra security just folded up when opening door. Fridge and guest bathroom were not clean.

Hi Michele, Thanks for the feedback. I do hope that all of our guests are aware that this house is located on a dirt road, and I try to make that clear in the description. For some people this is a great feature to get out into a bit of country, but I recognize that other people would prefer a paved road. For anyone reading this review and considering this property, its not for everyone. Please keep in mind that this house is zoned for horses, goats, chickens etc. You may see people horse back riding on the road. You can get fresh eggs around the corner. The yard is a fruit orchard.

House had everything we needed. Quiet area. My only complaint is the heated pool wasn’t heated and when asked about it was told it was 25 a day. I didn’t see where it said that in the listing. It might have been but it should be added.

Quiet getaway

Nice and quiet area. Greatly enjoyed the pool and the cooking area. They were several amenities that were available that aren't always at other locations. The owner was very helpful and always promptly responded to any and all of our questions. Thanks!

The house is amazing. There were some issues with the bathrooms not being as clean as you expected but more of a loved in household. The needs are super comfortable and plentiful. The pool is amazing. The yard is very over grown and i had some worries about my little dog out in it.

Great hideaway!

The property was exactly as described! It’s a little off the main road which was perfect but close enough to get to Cocoa Village and Kennedy Space Center. Our dogs loved roaming the property. Cooper was very easy to contact and responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing Country Setting....

Cooper's house had all the amenities needed! From kitchen utensils, towels, cups, plates to the BBQ area that also included a "smoker" that provided outstanding dishes of chicken! Cooper provided excellent communication both before our arrival as well as during our stay. If the situation presented itself and we needed to stay in Cocoa again, I'd definitely consider Cooper's home!

This is an amazing secluded getaway with a heated pool. It is beautiful, spacious and clean both indoors and outdoors.Everything you could need for your stay is already there!I stayed here for 5 weeks, and honestly I was sad to leave.Read the description fully to be sure it's what you're looking for! It's a little out of the way, but not too much.It's a relatively short drive to the beaches.The host is super friendly and responsive!Whatever you need just ask!If I needed to be in this part of the state again, I wouldn't hesitate a second to rent this place again.Heated pool... palm and fruit trees... birds singing... peaceful and quiet... and loaded with modern amenities...What more could you ask for?

Stay in Cocoa while visiting Kennedy Space Center

Good: House is spacious, easily sleeps 14, home was clean, all kitchen appliances worked. The Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. The 2 televisions had Roku program access. The 2 bathrooms were fine. The woodchip BBQ and charcoal BBQ worked ( but required some cleaning). Not Good: Access to the house required driving on an unpaved, dusty, bumpy road . The neighborhood was not upscale and was across from a line of trees which concealed a highway. The pool was much smaller than pictured, Kitchen appliances worked but were fairly old. Same for the "eclectic collection" of dishes and utensils.

We were visiting the area to see my granddaughter who lives in Titusville. The host was very responsive and I was pleased with all of our interactions. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The pool was clean, secluded, and my grands really enjoyed it.

Great location if you want to enjoy both the beach and Orlando areas. Quiet and private setting that my family and I truly enjoyed. The house was extremely well equipped, not just in the kitchen, but lots of towels and toiletries as well. The pool was wonderful and we had a great time coming back to it every day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions, highly recommend!
