Terraced house with garden and shared swimming pool in the La Romantica complex, in Manerba del Garda.



The house welcomes guests with the spacious and bright open-plan living area, equipped with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and a well-equipped open kitchen. The living room overlooks the covered porch and garden through two French doors, which is also equipped with a dining table with chairs for eight people. The floor is completed by the convenient toilet with washing machine.



The villa continues on the first floor with the spacious bedroom area which consists of a double bed and wardrobe, from which you can access the private terrace overlooking the internal courtyards of the residence through a French door. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and wardrobe, also with a French door leading to a small balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, and the fourth with a double bed. Also available to guests are the second and third bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.



Access to the basement floor of the house will be closed to guests and will possibly be used only by the owner, who will be able to access it through an entrance completely separate from the one dedicated to guests.



The environment is suitable for those seeking peace and tranquillity, whilst remaining conveniently positioned in the centre and by the lake.



The Residence swimming pool, which also has a hot tub, is available from 1 May to 30 September with the following hours from 9:00-13:00/15:00-20:00. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory and the rules in the pool area must be respected.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and in the hinterland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the Lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its Islands.



The house is approximately 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and approximately 50 minutes from Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport.
