Large, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location for exploring Napoli. A bit dusty here and there. The chair in the living room is ripped, the upholstery on the sofa bed in the same room is stained. Both could be upgraded, but those are superficial details which didn’t detract from our overall excellent stay. It’s on the top floor and the stairway is long, winding and narrow. Great service from Veronica, who helped us with an early check-in and a late checkout too, which made our visit even better and more comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

The apartment is perfectly located, close to all main landmarks, and surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. It is in a lively neighborhood, so during the weekend it can be noisy...The apartment is quite clean and well equipped, with three bathrooms and three separate bedrooms (two ensuite).The communication with the host prior and during the stay was easy and efficient.Just confirming what is highlighted in the description: stairway is steep, low and narrow.A few points to consider: placing the bin in each of the bathrooms, and highlighting that guests should recycle and remove the trash before leaving.Overall, a nice experience and recommendation for the stay.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and it was shame that it was so short! Spacious rooms and a nice living space. The check in was easy and Dario was super helpful. I would like to reiterate the other reviews and the description that the staircase is steep and narrow, but forewarned is forearmed. We would stay here again.

Great location to explore Naples; Flat needs equipping

Great location. Bedding, linen, towels were all clean. Three good bathrooms. Spacious bedrooms. Downsides: The kitchen is not that well equipped if eating at home, the main entranceway is not that neat, some things need attention and updating in the flat, and communication was a little slow. Overall though, it was a good place to stay, and quiet considering the location. A great place to explore Naples from!

Fridge was freezing cold so any liquid froze and all food needed to be defrosted, almost unusuable. The small single bed came without sheets on it and there were at least 5 different bags of what looked like sheets but with duvets in them. Pillows uncomfortable. Host didnt inform us we could buzz people into the building with the key button.

Spacious apartment in great location

We were in this apartment with colleagues. All 3 had an private room and private bathroom, which was luxurious. The apartment was proper, but if you check 'hidden' spots you will find litter or dust. Location is perfect. A bustly neighbourhood (in weekends this can cause some noise issue). The stairs to the apartment are long and steep. A real gym activity! I would recommend the place.

Worst experience ever. Communication from the beginning was awful. We took a train from Rome to Naples and even at that point we weren’t sure if someone was going to meet us at the property. Once we finally got there and someone meet us there, we immediately had problems. There was no electricity to the bedrooms or bathrooms. That meant no hot water, no lights, and no air conditioning. After many attempts to contact someone, I finally called their main number and got in touch with someone. A lady showed up and wasn’t able to fix any of the issues. We spent one night burning up, with all the doors and windows open. We were told that they would have someone there first thing the next morning. At noon no one had shown up, so we ended up packing up our things and having to book a hotel.

Vaste appartement situé dans un quartier animé et central. Par contre accès au 4eme etage (et non 3eme comme précisé dans l’annonce) par un escalier extrêmement difficile sans électricité au dernier étage. La terrasse est un local technique sans vue et horriblement chaud, et non un endroit où on peut se tenir. La literie est bonne mais la plomberie est vétuste. Une des télécommandes de climatisateur ne fonctionnait pas. Le réfrigérateur congèle les aliments. La vaisselle et le mobilier sont minimalistes. Nous avons eu un problème d’électricité qui , avec insistance, a été heureusement réglé. En conclusion cet appartement serait tres bien s’il était mieux équipé et entretenu.

Appartement très bien placé à la limite du quartier historique et du quartier espagnol. Spacieux avec salle de bain et WC pour chaque chambre ainsi que TV.

Localisation idéale

Appartement difficile d’accès ( escaliers étroits et marches hautes) et mauvaises odeurs persistantes dans 2 des salles de bains ! Dommage

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, serca de todo , el apartamento muy amplio y con todo lo que necitas , Mi recomendación es que si viajas con personas mayores o bb no lo recomiendo porque está en un 5 piso con escaleras en caracol muy inclinada incómodas para personas con limitaciones y sin buena salud física, y el edificio es muy viejo y no está en muy buen estado por lo demás el apartamento está saber , yo volvería

O check-in foi ótimo. Mas as escadas de acesso estavam muito sujas. São 68 degraus dificeis de subir.A cozinha não tem micro-ondas nem torradeira. Quase não é possivel cozinhar porque tem poucos utensílios. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e agradável. Está muito bem localizado.Os problemas que surgiram foram rapidamente resolvidos.

Dachwohnung im Zentrum

Nach einem steilen Aufstieg über das enge Treppenhaus wird man mit einer tollen grosszügigen Dachwohnung mitten im Zentrum belohnt. Die Wohnung bietet mit ihren 3 Zimmern und 3 Badezimmern ausreichend platz. Wir haben die Nähe zur Altstadt und auch zum Hafen sehr genossen. Umliegend laden Cafés, Bars und Restaurant zum verweilen ein. Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein MiniMarket für die Einkäufe.

Okay - aber etwas runter gewohnt

Wenn man genauer hinschaut, ist alles etwas ranzig - wie die Stadt selbst. Risse im Sesselstoff und den Stühlen. Keine Müllbeutel, kein Spüli, alles riecht etwas muffig. Man kann da schon sein, aber da müsste was gemacht werden. Neue Klobürsten zB, ein Schwamm…

Beautiful place, great location

Great place with large rooms and nice kitchen and dining area at a perfect location. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Long and steep stairs might cause problem for those who have heavy and large luggage.
