Great for families

Our family with 2 small kids (under 5) had a great time staying here! We were close to grocery stores, close to the water, close to authentic pizza, close to the metro lines. The apartment was quiet, clean, and had plenty of beds and space for our family. The only thing missing was a sofa or love seat to sit and rest after a full day of sightseeing.

Bagnoli Neighborhood Apartment

The apartment is clean and recently remodeled. The internet is super fast. Very well located in Bagnoli, which is on the outskirts of Naples, but with the metro and cumana trains are very close. The host is readily available and friendly.

Perfect located for Neapel-Adventure

Giuseppe was a Perfect Host. He was very very friendly and answered all question very quickliy. The Apartment is really clean and just 2 Minuten Walk from the Train Station to Naples City. This was Great. Thanks for the nice stay!

We had a great stay at Giuseppe’s apartment. It’s conveniently located for the beach/lido 5-10 mins walk) and so easy to hop on a metro into central Naples (15 mins). The apartment is a good size and in a fairly quiet (by Naples standard) localisation, with everything you need, including a supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Giuseppe was a wonderful host - very helpful and attentive to details - he greeted us on arrival and even provided us with some delicious cakes. Thanks Giuseppe!

Cute, fun neighborhood. Great apartment.

Clean and roomy apartment. Host is fantastic and so helpful. Go to Michele's pizzeria! So good and people are so nice. Walk out the pier and along the beach walk. Getting to Naples takes only 35 minutes on one train. We went to Procida for a day and the trip there with the closer train station was very easy. I'm very happy with this place and I would recommend it.

Quiant Bagnoli

We enjoyed our stay here because it is a bit out of the way from me centre of Napoli and were quiet. Everything you need is closing in walking distance including ocean walk which extends for miles. Giuseppe/Joseph was an excellent host. The home was well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, nice kitchen and bathrooms. No noisy neighbors.

Very responsive host and great location

The host will meet you for check-in, and he was very responsive when we had issues (the fridge was not working: he had a repair man out the next morning and reimbursed us for the lost groceries; the power went out when we tried to run the washing machine and the oven at the same time, and he was quick to diagnose the problem and tell us how to fix it). Giuseppe the Great!

Well, Giuseppe met us and made sure we were comfortable with his lovely apartment before leaving (including taking us to the parking garage himself). He has an immaculate, user friendly apartment in Bagnoli that was a welcome refuge after sightseeing all day in and around Napoli. We had such a welcoming and accomodating experience The neighborhood grocery store was spectacular and we ate at Pizza Michelle twice. If we are rating his place out of 10, we give him an easy 11! Neat apartment right in the suburbs of Naples

Almost everything about this apartment is perfect; distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is very clean and has 2 bathrooms which is nice. Landlord is helpful and nice, wifi is good. The only disadvantage is that the center is more than 30 minutes away by metro and the different metros have different operators. We had a wonderful time. Giuseppe the owner was very helpful, friendly and very accessible. He give us information on restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, pharmacy's, train station, taxi stand, etc. He answered any questions we had. He also speaks English. We could not have been happier with his help and availability. He also helped us with our luggage. He also set up three bedrooms so we all had separate rooms. The apartment worked out very well. We cooked a few meals and the washing machine worked very well too.

A beautiful haven, well located and very clean and cool

Giuseppe was a fantastic host and helped us navigate the local area. He showed us into the apartment and gave us a tour and showed us things like what to do if the electricity went off. With so many options for food around (especially La Pietra) we were spoiled for choice for value for money eating out. The supermarket, pharmacy and other amenities are very close and we soon found our way around the local area. The beach is also a short distance and La Fortuna beach and pool were a welcome place for relaxation and enjoying the sea and pool. It was extremely hot while we were there and the air conditioning was vital. It worked well in the three bedrooms and helped make us comfortable. The apartment is well-equipped with all of the things you'll need to make your stay a pleasant one. Giuseppe also introduced us to his friend Antonio who helped us reach Pompeii and Vesuvius for a reasonable price. All in five stars are rated for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We had a lovely family stay at Giuseppe’s apartment. It accommodated our group of 3 adults and 3 kids perfectly. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with a range of decently sized crockery and proper mugs! Having a washing machine was a blessing with 3 young kids. AC in the bedrooms was perfect for sleeping in the summer heat. The shutters keep the rooms perfectly dark. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with the cumana station a minute’s walk away (buy tickets at the station or local tabbachi shops (T) which can take you into the centre of Naples or a nice beach at the other end of the line. Bagnoli train station is also only a few minutes walk away, which we used to travel to Pompeii and to our next destination in Campania. The trains in Italy are cheap and very good! The local supermarket - supermercato - is excellent and has a range of good produce - everything you could need. Again, a couple of minutes walk. There are many restaurants close by, and if you keep walking past the lido you get some very nice sea views (which are not immediately obvious - keep walking :) Giuseppe was easily contactable and very helpful on numerous matters. Excellent information is provided in the apartment as well. Thoroughly recommended!

Cher Romualdo, je t'ai contacté presque tous les jours pour te demander si tout allait bien. Le linge était propre et stérilisé. Pourquoi ne m'as-tu rien dit pendant ton séjour ? Vous n'avez peut-être pas pensé que les taches pouvaient provenir de votre femme qui s'est blessée à la jambe. Sans parler des serviettes que nous avons dû jeter parce que vos filles sont allées à la plage en les utilisant. Alors, avant de devenir snob, apprenez à vous comporter lorsque vous louez un appartement en vacances, car vous avez jeté les poubelles sans utiliser les sacs poubelles préparés. Je suis seulement désolé d'avoir mis 5 étoiles dans l'avis. C'est une leçon pour moi, je dois être plus honnête lors de l'examen de mes invités.

Un séjour épatant !

Très bon logement, bien équipé, très propre, tranquille et reposant situé dans un quartier typique ou l'on aurait pu rester longtemps à regarder vivre les gens. Un grand merci à Giuseppe qui nous à très gentiment accueilli, allant même jusque chez lui nous chercher quelque chose à manger car tous les magasins étaient fermés, dimanche de Pâques oblige! Alloggio molto buono, ben attrezzato, molto pulito, tranquillo e rilassante situato in un quartiere tipico dove avremmo potuto rimanere a lungo a guardare le persone dal vivo. Un grande ringraziamento a Giuseppe che ci ha gentilmente accolto, anche andando a casa a prenderci qualcosa da mangiare perché tutti i negozi erano chiusi, la Pasqua richiede!

Nid douillet dans un calme absolu

L'appartement de Giuseppe & Alexandra est très agréable et parfaitement doté. Notre séjour y fut très agréable. Notre hôte fut d'une très grande disponibilité, d'une extrême gentillesse, d'une anticipation rare sur l'essentiel des informations dont on a besoin en arrivant en "terre inconnue"; sans omettre les agréables petits gestes d'accueil. Comme l'avait déjà écrit, avant nous, un voyageur anglais, le premier abord de l'immeuble peut surprendre lors d'un tout premier contact avec le bâti napolitain. Mais lorsque l'on a visité la majorité des quartiers de Naples, on constate rapidement qu'hormis séjourner sur le Lungomare ou certains immeubles ou résidences de Vomero (et à quels tarifs !!!), Bagnoli est bien dans le jus napolitain. Appartement en parfait état d'entretien, d'une extrême propreté, bien distribué* et chauffé. L'impression d'être les seuls occupants de l'immeuble est incroyable; CALME et SILENCE absolus ! Alors si vous voulez une location irréprochable, des propriétaires "extras", un garage au gérant sympa et attentionné à 250 m de l'appart' (ce qui sera extrêmement difficile dans Naples) et que vous acceptez de prendre le "RER" local à 100m de l'immeuble et qui vous amène dans le centre historique en 1/4 d'heure : AUCUNE hésitation RESERVEZ à NAPLES/Bagnoli chez Giuseppe et Alexandra. * Peut-être que la troisième petite chambre aménagée en salon/TV pour apprécier une bonne coupe de Prosecco et plus confortablement cet appartement après les longues journées de visites, serait un réel plus.

a wonderful place to visit Napoli and Cumes and Baies and Pompei and Herculanum and Vesuvio

We really enjoy staying in Giuseppe's flat. It is well located. Every place of interest can be easily reached by train. Giuseppe was here to welcome us warmly with some presents. he gave us every indications needed to orient ourselves, the shops... He asked about us while we were staying in Napoli. It is very nice to him. We felt confident and knew that if some help was needed someone would be here. The flat is very nice, cool (outside it may be hot), very convenient and nicely located (near the all the necessary shops for food). We higly and warmly recommend Giuseppe's !

Calme absolu

L'appartement est très agréable au calme. La gare est à quelques mètres et nous permet de rejoindre naples en 6 stations. C'est l'idéal car il n'est pas simple de s'y garer. La région de Naples est très belle. La literie est ferme, l'appartement confortable et bien équipé. Giuseppe est très sympathique, inquiet de notre confort. De petits cadeaux de bienvenue nous attendaient avec quelques spécialités délicieuses. Merci à vous pour ce séjour.

Giuseppe was very nice. He checked on us periodically to make sure everything was good, especially after the earthquake. The apartment was in a perfect location for us. No parking issues. Local grocery stores, a local center market, fresh cheeses at a local store, and places to eat all around. The neighbors were very nice as well; mind you, we spoke to them. Even walking to the local train station to catch a bus to get to the central station was less than a mile away. If you like the Bagnoli area, look no further.

The property was about 15 minute walk from train which was a challenge with luggage on all cobblestone walkways. It was on the first floor which was up two flights of stairs. The area was nice. 3 bedrooms were nice and two bathrooms. The master bath was very nice. There was a nice kitchen, but it did not have many cooking supplies such as spices, olive oil , etc which was a typical in other accommodations. There was only a kitchen table for a communal space which was not conducive to a relaxing environment at the end of the day. Very clean and neat.
