Ground floor:

• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with modern appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
• Living room with direct access to a terrace offering spectacular sea views.
• A full bathroom with shower.
• From this level, there is also access to the private outdoor pool. 

Upper floor:

• Three double bedrooms, all exterior.
• Two with 160 cm beds and one with two single beds.
• There is also a second full bathroom with shower.

Located just 10 minutes on foot (750 m) from Canyelles Petites beach and 1.5 km from the centre of Roses.
Access to the picturesque coastal path (Camí de Ronda) is right in front of the building, offering unforgettable seaside walks.
The house is in a quiet area, just 3 minutes by car from the centre of Roses, a 10-minute walk via the coastal pathto Canyelles Petites beach, and it is also possible to walk to the town centre.
To access the coastal path, there are stairs in front of the building leading directly to the pedestrian walkway to the beach (750 metres away).
