Beautiful apartment with pool views in the urbanization Salinas de Vera in Vera Playa, for up to 4 people. Terrace with pool views, living-dining room with smart TV, WiFi. Kitchen (with fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with shower, and the other bathroom with bathtub). Air conditioning cold. Covered parking space.
Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent situation, modern and comfortable, very suitable for family. The children will make friends immediately. Outdoor summer pool set with small pool for toddlers and babies, open from June 1 to September 30, outside those dates there is an indoor pool. There is also a small children's playground.
Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
