Annual holiday

Well again our stay was excellent. Apartment was spotless and welcoming. Communication with Victoria the owner was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Already booked again for 23 days next year. Highly recommend this property as everything is close to apartment. Thankyou to Victoria the owner .

Annual stay in Vera

On arrival we were greeted with a beautiful apartment. Communication with our host Victoria was outstanding. A lovely family apartment close to many local beauty spots. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so inviting. We always stay in Vera and We can highly recommend a stay. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Vera. Thankyou Victoria for such a lovely stay and we have already booked next years stay at the same apartment.

Holiday at al andulas hills

The property was lovley and as advertised very quiet and peaceful. Had problems with getting keys from agent as taxi dropped us off a long way from apartment didn't find him very helpful and he couldn't meet us where we were because he had children in car .spent 3 hours walking around looking for him / apartment

Tranquillity & sun

A wonderful property very well maintained with all the comforts of home on a very well managed urbanisation. The agent was attentive & informative. A local Tapas bar with live entertainment 5 mins walk away, main shopping plaza is 20 mins walk & the beach a further 10 mins. Frequent bus routes 5 mins walk. Wildlife Sanctuary across the road & a childrens play area. All this & one of the most tranquil vacations i`ve ever had against the backdrop of the Andalusian mountains. Locals both British & Spanish are lovely & accommodating. We will be going back which is the best recommendation I can give. 100% 10 / 10.

Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in bedrooms for all our things. Good shower and spacious bathrooms. The outside patio had a lovely view of the surrounding hillside and we enjoyed afternoon and evening sunshine with beautiful sunsets.During our stay we were able to use the indoor swimming pool which was lovely and warm and we swam nearly every day - brilliant.On the last 2 days of our stay we swam in the outside swimming pool - also very nice.Just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, we visited Cosito's cafe/bar - great for a coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening - they also had live music there occasionally during our stay.Apartment was easy to get to - we didn't have a car, but local buses were regular and stopped less than a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Supermarket an easy 15min walk, via the local nature reserve (lots of wildlife, including some beautiful flamingos), and a further 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, turn right for general beach or left towards Naturist beach. Also a number of other bars and restaurants next to the supermarket and a couple of small shops.lots of other lovely towns easily visited on the bus - our favourite was Garrucha but we also visited Palomares, Villaricos, Mojacar and the very picturesque Mojacar Pueblo.We had a lovely stay and communication was excellent with Victoria, our host and Gerd who met us at the apartment.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'endroit est agréable est calme proche de la plage , supermarché, restaurant,bar.... L'accueil effectué par Gérard est excellente personne agréable et a l'écoute. La piscine est top possibilité de s'allonger pour bronzer ou profiter de l'eau endroit très calme.

El apartamento se ajusta perfectamente a la descripción. Estuvimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y rápida en todo momento, y la entrega de llaves fue muy sencilla y puntual. El apartamento es precioso, muy cómodo y cuidado hasta el último detalle. Excelente estancia

Hemos estado una semana y la verdad es que hemos estado súper agusto. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. La urbanización es muy tranquila por lo menos en las fechas en las que hemos estado nosotros (última semana de junio). Un poco alejado de la playa si lo que quieres es ir andando pero como a nosotros nos gusta conocer playas nuevas no nos ha importado coger el coche. La atención por parte de todos ha sido muy buena. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Todo muy bien. Por poner un pero. la cerradura de la entrada que estaba un poco dura, por lo demás perfecto. En el anuncio pone que había barbacoa, pero era fuera del recinto.

Nur positive Eindrücke! Gerne wieder. Wir waren 6 Wochen (Jan.-Febr.) in der Wohnung, diese ist BESTENS ausgestattet.Zentral gelegen, 20 Minuten (zu Fuß) zum Strand und auch Einkaufszentrum, Bar´s und Restaurant.

Leuke gelijkvloers appartement

Aangename ervaring, ruim appartement, mooi terras en uitzicht. Zwembad in de urbanisatie is geweldig. Beetje ver van strand (2 km) en geen aangename wandelroute waardoor we de auto moesten nemen.
